Main disadvantages: Although the hotel page offers free wifi, the wifi they offer breaks off every 5 minutes, a real pain, having to enter user and password every so often.

Main advantages: Modern facilities, clean rooms and good location.

Main advantages: The staff is really friendly ! I stayed in the hotel for at least 14 times and every visit was fantastic! The maître d'hotel, the hotel manager and the whole staff is very profesionnal. It is always a pleasure to go back, because they recognize their guests and you feel at home!

Main advantages: The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very accommodating. The location was good and was only a 15-20 minute walk from the central station. The complimentary drinks in the mini-frig was a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Indrajit Mumbai, India - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Stayed in the Windsor hotel during 21 Nov-3-Dec 2010. Staff in the welcome/reception desk are very unfriendly I have ever seen in any 4* hotel. They erroneously checked me out me ex-party after 8 days when I had valid reservation for 12 days, and not at all appologistic! This caused me great inconvenience when I returned the hotel room after a hectic day in the office and rainy and near zero temperature in Milan, I discovered that my room electronic key is blocked. I rushed to the welcome desk while my friend who came to meet me waiting near my room. I had to stand in the reception for another 10-15 minutes to complete all the formalities to rechecked the same room again (same rate) and to validate the room key again.

Main advantages: Nice clean Room with complimentary beverages. Also the location of the hotel (except the nosie of trams!)

Bee Petaling Jaya, Malaysia - Rest with friends

Main disadvantages: Room : Very very small for 2 people. Noisy especially when the trams are running and u can hear the traffice below. Need to be sound proofted. Bathroom vent not working. Windows canàt be opened while the heater's acting a bit weird. The room is very stuffy.

Main advantages: The staffs are friendly and really gracious...:) Location is perfect...:)

Main disadvantages: Trams can be noisy.

Main advantages: Hotel room was very comfortable. Good breakfast. Location very convenient,easy to get around with tram at the doorstop and train station about 3 minutes walk. Great value for money.
