Main advantages: The staff is Friendly. The Beds are very comfortable and we had a down blanket in our room... The breakfast is nothing special but honestly its hard to find a good american breakfast in italy. Our stay was perfect :)

Main disadvantages: Wifi access in the room is outrageously expensive. It should be included in the price. Although not far, the garage is not in the proximity of the hotel. Travellers should first drop all luggage at the reception and then go park the car.

Main advantages: Location is very good. Staff is pleasant.

Raymond Hexham, United Kingdom - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: 1. Given smoking room when non-smoking requested. Told no other room available. I refused the room and another (smaller) was found straight away! 2. Told to park in underground car park marked "Hotels". On departure told to pay teller in car park as it was a private parking. E23 per night! If I had known this I would have travelled from Milan by train. 3. Pleasant bar advertised, but never open during the stay. No reason given.

Main advantages: Perfect location for Turino centre. Double bed as requested. Staff smart and helpful.

Main disadvantages: Assumed our room would have tea/coffee making facilities but this was not the case for the room we had chosen. However when we asked at reception about this, we were given the facilities.

Main advantages: Location very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Main advantages: The hotel was very central and within walking distance of the Porta Nueva bus stsion - which you come into if you get the blue Sadem bus from the airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the decor was somewhat dated it was all very clean and our stay was very comfortable. One slight problem was that the room was too warm and we couldn't work out how to turn the temperature down - the thermostat didn't seem to control it.

Main disadvantages: The room I stayed at need renovation (carpet).

Main advantages: The hotel is in the centre of Torino, just opposit Puerta Nouva. The bed was fantastic, you have the possibility to choose between different pillows.Bathroom was quite big.
