Main disadvantages: I ordered coffe from room service and was charged 40 euros. I did not order all the other food that they brought and did not want. I was told that that was the minimun. You should make that clear when you chek in that that is the case.
Main advantages: The location was excellent and the rooms were nicely appointed. The staff was also helpful and knowledgeable.

Main disadvantages: Some equipments were out of use, even in the room. But the good side of this is that te personnel reaction was immediate.
Main advantages: The central location of the Hotel is ideal to access the historical central on foot. A public parking (though quite expensive) is available a bloc away. Very good breakfast.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast was a little bit too standardized for 5 star hotel, I would expect freshly squeezed orange juice in Italy, where orange trees grow! Also, reception should inform beforehand, that parking costs 33 EUR/day.
Main advantages: Hotel did comply with 5 star standard, room was excellent, I liked the bathroom with bath and shower cabin, spacy and very comfortable, with nice view over the city.

Main disadvantages: They charge very expensive for the internet(EU$25 per day) and also the car parking. Offer wireless for free is the minimun a hotel 5 star can do, and also EU$30 for one night carparking is very expensive.
Main advantages: The location is perfect, everything is just feel steps from the hotel, the rooms are good and also the service and concierge. Very nice hotel.

Main disadvantages: Only point of criticism would be that the breakfast could have been better. But considering that the Italians don't do breakfast, really, it was totally passable. But it it is an improvement point for the hotel to look at to perfect.
Main advantages: This was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Great hotel. Great value for money.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast was rather poor for 5* hotel, mostly sweets and cakes.
Main advantages: The stuff is really helpful and nice, rooms are clean and comfortable, location is perfect for the sightseeing, shopping and fine dining.

Main disadvantages: The breakfast was ok to be an Italian hotel breakfast, but not a 5 star hotel breakfast. We missed particularly a selection of freshly cut fruit.
Main advantages: The hotel is very centrally located, rooms are in art nouveau style and very nice, with wooden floors and extremely comfortable beds. With regard to the room, this is clearly a five star hotel, but for some reason one does not feel that upon arrival and in the lobby. This is partially due to the interior, which is messy and not at all as stylish as the rooms, partially due to the service which does not reach the level of a 5 star hotel. THe place is a bit difficult to reach when arriving by car, as the hotel is in a partially pedestrian zone. As a bar and restaurant, Principi di Piemonte seems to have lost its significance to the locals, the place was deserted.

Main disadvantages: Room cleaning etc was late (well after lunch) on both the full days that we were there.
Main advantages: We both thought the staff were helpful,obliging and very polite. Breakfasts and bar service were very good.

Main disadvantages: The stench of smoke on the furniture and walls of the room. Unprofessional attachment of the bathtub on the marmor. No clear instructions to phone reception from room. No free wi-fi.
Main advantages: Gorgeous view from the room. Super location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
