Main disadvantages: Did not like the fact that the reception was in another street. The name over the door of reception was different

Main advantages: Staff were friendly and helpful. Location, although confusing was good.

Main disadvantages: No facilities in room to make/coffee in am or night also breakfasr served in different building

Main advantages: Selected it for its location and this was ideal for Vatican, also like the building and interior of hotel

Main disadvantages: Rooms separated in a separate building. Quite a bit of carrying of luggage.

Main advantages: Location near the Vatican, transportation, and stores. A lift to get up Helpful staff, and restaurant next door.

Main disadvantages: nothing to complain - maybe the third bed could have been regular and shower booth may need renovation soon

Main advantages: nice personnell offered services which we did not expect and which we gladly accepted such as ticket reservations and car to the airport

Main disadvantages: Shower closet could be bigger with soap tray provided. Better directions to reception - hard to find. Provide satelite television.

Main advantages: Location - in the heart of activity - places to see, transport network, restaurants. Architecture of building and room.

Main disadvantages: By far the smallest hotel bathroom we've ever experienced, very cramped when using the toilet and the shower cubicle was not suitable for anyone with a larger frame.

Main advantages: Exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. Well positioned for the Vatican and city tours.

Main advantages: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Small but comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very close to shops, good restaurants and, of course, the Vatican.

Main disadvantages: The rooms provide all the essentials, yet the interior space of the room, bath, and shower takes some adjustment for one that might not travel light; also, rooms are located around the corner (in another building) from the hotel office.

Main advantages: The hotel rooms were silent of all street or city noise. Just a few minute walk from the Vatican and a reasonable walk from the old city center.

Main advantages: Very nice&helpful staff speaking very good English. Excellent location - a bit off the track but close to the city centre. The room is a bit small but very clean.

Guest Lake Placid, USA - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Upon check in we were taken to the wrong building, then told we couldn't check in until 15:00 when check in was 13:00 on our confirmation. Then we were taken to the correct room, but given the wrong keys. It also took a while to get the air conditioner working and there was no iron in the room. Front desk was very helpful correcting these situations, however it took several trips to the front desk and phone calls. When the front desk attendant was assisting me in checking our flight status, a man who was apparently an employee of some sort, and usually on a cell phone, kept interrupting and rudely pushed in front me me to check something on the computer.

Main advantages: Good location, relatively comfortable room, adequate breakfast, enjoyed outside tables.
