Main disadvantages: The safe had a key which we needed to leave at front desk this was unacceptable. Need to upgrade safes to standard number coded style in all other hotels to ensure security. I prefer loations with more historical content but it was not really far to the major sites just more modern and commercial an area.

Main advantages: excellent breakfasts, omelets, fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccinos to order and extensive selection, nice rooftop terrace. Room was huge we were upgraded but room itself needs a reno, dated and design standard lacking. The lobby is chic and free use hallway internet a bonus.

Main disadvantages: General cleaning of rooms and F&B outlets lacks in care of details and it is a big let down......as it could elavate the status of property.

Main advantages: Its locations, as hotel is close to most places to visit in Rome

Main advantages: The Hotel is modern and feels clean. We had no issues signing on the the wifi in the lobby. The front desk was so helpful and the rooftop bar and breakfast was great.

Main disadvantages: The restaurant buffet dinner was very expensive.

Main advantages: The room was very quiet with the windows closed, despite being on a bus route. The location was excellect for visiting the Vatican.

Main disadvantages: The dinner was disappointing, especially considering the quality of food at any of the pizzerias or roadside restaurants that litter the streets.

Main advantages: The morning breakfast was good food, but made even better by the beautiful view while eating on the 6th floor terrace. Also, the bath in the room was most fantastic for cooling off and relaxing after a day of touristing.

Main advantages: High quality room, good size, excellent restaurant with an excellent rooftop location with a view to the Vatican. Close to most historical and commercial attractions in Rome. Reataurant staff were very friendly and professional.

Main disadvantages: I would have liked hotel to provide coffee facilities either in room or in lobby. I was looking for a coffee at 4.30pm and not available until restaurant opened at 5pm. One receptionish - older man with glasses wasn't very helpful. He told us it would cost 60 euro to go to airport and we were able to get there for 35 euro.

Main advantages: I liked roof garden and breakfast very good. Selection good. Family room we stayed in (411 and 412) were fine for me.

Main disadvantages: we had two single beds i would have preferred a double

Main advantages: The view from the roof restaurant was superb and made meals and breakfast wonderful, the reataurant was superrb the steak and mussells that we had were better than we had had in france a couple of weeks before the chef was i think french. Rome was very accessible many of the main sites just round the corner and others an easy walk the shuttle from fumico air port stops just round the corner lots of cheap and good trattoria nearby.

Main advantages: This hotel is fantastic! The staff were helpful ,it was clean and the decor was very tasteful. The rooftop terrace has excellent views of the Vatican which looked very impressive when lit up at night. The barman on the rooftop terrace was thoroughly charming. My husband and I were celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it memorable. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Rome. We will be back!

Main disadvantages: The dinner option was just a buffet at 28 euros but staff recommended excellent local restaurants just a few yeards away which were much more reasonable and served excellent food.

Main advantages: The staff were exceptionally helpful, among the best I have encountered. The breakfast was included for everyone, so no confusion about what had been paid for and the view from the terrace was superb. Very convenient location for any and all of the sights (and just around the corner from the airport bus) but also quiet.
