Main disadvantages: Staffs could be more appreciative with hotel guests through more greetings.
Main advantages: Great location. The staff was so-so in a positive way. They don't greet you most of the time when you enter/exit the lobby (remember, this is 5star Intercon Hotel). Other than that, it was a good hotel only because it's located at the top of Spanish Steps.

Main advantages: Front desk staff were absolutely charming and extremely helpful with bookings of restaurants and train tickets. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking and beats other nearby hotels such as the Eden and Intercontinental hands down. The deluxe room was beautifully furnished and in terms of location, the hotel is perfectly located 10 minutes from the Spanish Steps. One of the nicest places I have stayed in Italy.

Main disadvantages: No complaints , but you cannot please all , as some people will always
find faults .
Main advantages: We are back again for our 7th time , why ! the hotel Villa is in a great
location and has that old charm look and feel about it , as you would
expect when in Roma , most of all we have found the staff very helpfull
and friendly , the hotel very clean and comfortable through out , along
with great service on that roof top bar , all the things you would
expect from a 5 star hotel , keep it up as we are back next year .

Main disadvantages: When i booked my room i read there are coffee machine and slippers.But when i came to the hotel there were'n any things....3 times i asked the reception to get the coffee machine ....About the Slippers i got it after two days of using the room
Main advantages: A-I liked the location for the Hotel was so close from the shopping area and Spanish steps B-The Concierge Services were wonderful

Main disadvantages: This hotel is rated 5 star and I expect it to perform to it ratings , it fell short of its ratings ,compering with many other 5 star hotel I have stated in , hence to the value.
Main advantages: It is a pleasant hotel over all , the roof top cocktail bar and the breakfast areas are in keeping and enjoyable ares of the hotel , but there are areas within the hotel starting to need a little attention .

Main disadvantages: I enjoyed my stay overall. Room and bathroom assigned to us were just slightly too small I think. But otherwise it was fine. We discovered that there is a lift that takes you up and down the Spanish Steps too late. The hotel staff did not tell us about it which I found odd. Although the hotel is central, psychologically, the thought of all those steps is a little offputting - it's not the sort of hotel you feel you can just nip back up to in a minute. I think the hotel should at least inform you about the lift on your arrival.
Main advantages: Hotel is stylish and clean and there's an old world grandeur about it which I liked. Bed was very comfortable and restaurant area on second floor was very pretty.

Main disadvantages: very dated interior. Not just old, but worn out! Needs a major update, hard and soft goods, and facility. Not consistent with brand affiliation, unfortunately! Photos were very deceiving

Main disadvantages: Every little thing was extra cost. Really annoying. Should include breakfast, and internet in one price - not extra expensive for every addon.
