Main disadvantages: The room I was in had a sliding door to the adjoining room. Such a door is convenient if you are with a group and have two rooms next too each other. Unfortunately, this door was very thin and had a key hole that also let through sound. I had the impression that I was sharing the room with the person next door. An interesting experience, but not one I would like to repeat.

Main advantages: The people at the reception of the hotel were nice. The hotel is in the same street as a restaurant with the same name. It's a short walk from the station, but you need to keep walking once you pass the restaurant in order to get to the hotel. The Internet was a bit shaky in my room, which I solved by simply sitting in the lobby, which consists of two living rooms with rather comfortable couches. The hotel is within convenient proximity to Grom and I consumed three large lemon sorbet ice-cream cones during the course of a two day stay.

Shani , - Rest with children

Main advantages: We really only stayed at this hotel for less than 12 hours. It was a closer stopping point on the way from Aosta to Verona. I can tell you that this is a lovely hotel and I wish we could have stayed longer. Only a 5 minute walk from the Turino Porta Nuova train station. The rooms are fairly spacious and very comfortable. Since we had to leave very early in the morning, we didn't think we'd get to make use of their breakfast (which I believe opens at either 7a or 7:30am), but they started putting items out around 6:30am and they were more than gracious about letting us eat there. It was a nice size breakfast too!

Main disadvantages: The beds were far too narrow and I'm not fat! The hotel info suggested looking at channel 13 for hotel info on the TV; this did not function and there was no written info

Main advantages: It was clean and had been recently refurbished

Main advantages: The location is excellent - a couple of stops on the Metro from Porta Susa station (trains from Paris) and a few minutes walk from Porta Nova station (onward trains to Florence etc). Good variety buffet breakfast.

Susan Nottingham, United Kingdom - Group tour

Main advantages: It was friendly, clean and in a quiet street, near to the local railway station, tram stop and airport shuttle bus stop. Also it was close to an Italian owned English style pub called The Huntsman. The staff were very helpful expecially when we asked them how to get to the new Juventus Stadium and the breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options. We would recommend them to everyone and we would definately stay there again.

Main disadvantages: We passionately hated the coffee machine at breakfast which served totally disgusting coffee and some very nasty juice drink ,it is difficult to find bad coffee in Italy so why?The bread was also poor quality.

Main advantages: Thought it was good value,the room was very clean, the decor simple and the room size good.There was a limited amount of hotel street parking 10 euros and we were a little puzzled that they did not offer it until we asked,we were aware that we would otherwise use a nearby parking at 19 euros per day.. The reception staff were smiling, friendly and offered good suggestions for restaurants.

Main disadvantages: The breakfast was okay, but the juice came from automated machines, and I'm pretty sure that it was powdered juice. I'd rather not have juice at all than be served Tang. Yuck! But other than that, everything was fine. :)

Main advantages: Helpful staff, clean room, convenient location, and fast free wi-fi. What's not to like? :) This was a great place to stay, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast was kinda light. Internet use was charged instead of free. Could use a sheet or lighter blanket in the summer instead of just a down comforter, nice but too warm for summer.

Main advantages: Convienent to the train station and the rest of the city is all within walking distance. Rooms were nice, clean and affordable.
