Main disadvantages: We stayed in a triple room and the shower was just a hanging curtain and a drain in the center of the floor of the bathroom. It worked out fine, but this meant that the whole bathroom floor was wet after someone took a shower.

Main advantages: The location was fantastic - an easy walk from the train station. There were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Main disadvantages: Some computer keys were unfamiliar to this non-European and a bit frustration. Staff had no printer - to print out boarding passes for example. This I thought was inadequate as travelers are likely to be booking flights. The breakfast was typically paltry. The neighborhood is littered with trash and graffiti but there are businesses open late at night and people out late and I always felt safe even returning to the hotel in the wee hours. In spite of all this I think this a fine hotel in a warm and friendly neighborhood and I would highly recommend it.

Main advantages: Staff was friendly and accommodated me by speaking English as my Italian is woeful. My room was perfect and with a balcony. Daily room service.

Main advantages: The convenient location for seeing Rome, close by two normal overground and one underground train stations but also easily walkable up the Aventine into the city centre and with lots of affordable eateries nearby.

Main disadvantages: It's somewhat noisy because of densely situated rooms and thin walls, but after spending the whole day around Rome you just lie on the bed and fall asleep instantly. There was also a black-out in the hotel one day, but they fixed it right away. All in all, a nice hotel.

Main advantages: Good budget hotel, not very expensive, but has all the necessary facilities. Situated near the Pyramid metro station, it is close to the centre of the city. Decent breakfast, with pastries, juice and coffee. A good value for money, that's for sure

Main disadvantages: While the staff were by no means unhelpful (they were always able to answer any questions or requests we had) some of them were a bit miserable. A smile and a bit of eye contact can go a long way to make guests feel welcome. There wasn't an iron, whereas most good hotels I've stayed in at least have an iron you can borrow from reception.

Main advantages: Room was clean and spacious enough for our needs (space for clothes, cases, etc). Liked the little bathroom / wetroom - shower was decent, and bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer.

Main disadvantages: The bathroom is extremely small and basic, so from this point of view the conditions offered are a bit spartan. Fairly poor soundproofing of the rooms, although this is a common problem for most hotels in Rome and other European capitals.

Main advantages: Very clean and spacious room, extremely friendly staff, really good location (a short walk from the Pyramid metro station and the Ostiense train station, the latter being directly connected to Fiumicino Airport). Great value for money, especially considering the overall prices of hotel rooms in Rome! It is an ideal option for a city trip and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to all unpretentious customers interested in basic yet clean and cheap accommodation for a short stay in Rome.

Main advantages: Nice hotel,very friendly staff ,the breakfast was ok,enough to start the day, perfect location, 5 min. To the metro station Piramid and 2 metro station to the city center.

Main disadvantages: Despite the warm days, the nights were cold for which some heating would have been useful. Not a minus though, it's the different climate only.

Main advantages: Helpful staff, at the time we checked in around midnight (due to the late arrival of the flight), we were given a free map and instructions on what to see and where to go. Excellent service for the rest of the stay too.
