| Main disadvantages: Only one english tv channel. |
| Main advantages: Location is very near the metro station, where we just walked for a few
minutes after alighting from our trrain from paris. And so easy to
locate the place. Very helpful staff that u can ask any question
anytime. The wifi is superb- very strong and reliable anytime even
inside our room. Our room was big and cozy and they changed linen,
towels, soap, shampoo everyday. |

| Main advantages: Our room was quite decent in terms of size. It was pretty clean too. The
breakfast was satisfactory (I am not a big breakfast person though). The
lady in the entrance was friendly and helpful when necessary. |

and confortable Breakfast was the best we had in hotels in Italy : good
coffee, brown bread, fresh fruit + a wide selection of othe foods. Near
the railway station where we arrived. Good public transport Other
services were good and free : left luggage, internet, use of

| Main disadvantages: The rooms advertised on bookings.com looked really modern & fresh,
compared to some of the other hotels around the same price. However when
you are given your room key it's a completely different story as the
rooms are not what you see advertised. They are the complete opposite...
Incredibly old & dimly lit.
On the 1st night we decided to stay on an extra night. As we then had to pay full price for the extra night we were upgraded to a "superior room" which is exactly what you see advertised on bookings.com. It was quite funny because the "superior" rooms were also located in a separate location to the "1960's room". |

| Main disadvantages: I understand that there were some problem, but the breakfast was not ready at all.....espetially, when I had to leave earlier to the airport....Also, the single room is very old... a little bit different from the image of pictures. However, it was comfortable. |
| Main advantages: the staff was so kind. It's not dangerous for a single woman to stay at this hotel, because the staff are also women.Also, the location is soooooo good!! It's near the main station, and it is easy to get the sightseeing place by metro (just 4 stops and about 10 minutes). |

| Main advantages: I have a pleasant stay at Hotel Monopole. The staff are nice and helpful. The room was small as would be with other single rooms in the area. The superior room has modern fittings, it was nice and clean.. I was staying on the top floor which have a small balcony. It was facing the back and so it was very quiet. |

| Main disadvantages: The surrounding area is kind of ghetto and at breakfast refilling ofplates of the buffet is very slow, people had to ask and wait a lot forsome bread or ham or even for new plates. This should be solved withadditional staff. (this is not the lady's fault working there, but ofthe fact that she has to do everything alone: serve the coffees, cleanthe tables, wash the dishes, refill the buffet etc.) |

The hotelupgraded us, so stayed in better room (the bed was very comfortable),but it was nothing particular (so cheaper rooms must be quite poor).They serve barley coffee, which we liked very much. Breakfast is betterthan in other hotels at the same level. |

| Main disadvantages: I don't think I'd wander around the area after dark. The front rooms are noisy. The rooms need to be redone. The beds and bathrooms are very old and used looking, but they were clean. |

| Main advantages: We did not book the hotel early in advance so the price was quite expensive for a standard double room,but then we got upgraded on arrival,we were super happy.The room was clean,the housekeeper took a very good care of our room,my little panda bear was placed nicely on my pillow every morning :) We especially appreciate the night auditor,he is really friendly and always answer all of our questions in such an enthusiastic and kind way.He is definitely the hotel's good asset! |
