Main advantages: My staying at the hotel for the 2nd time says it all. I recomment it without hesitation as it is near to everything and the staf are beyond words. Keep up the good work people!

Main disadvantages: Except the pillows that werent very confortable everything is ok !

Main advantages: The hotel was clean , very close to loretto station. The receptionist lady is beautiful and very very nice !! The buffet is correct. A good hotel and opportunity !! Very good quality/prce

Main disadvantages: I didnt like the fact that the walls were very thin, and we hardly got any sleep the three nights we were there, you are also next to a hospital and heard constant sirens for the duration of the stay, the noise was unbearable at times. Also it didnt offer any restaurant facilities and has a very small bar with one table.

Main advantages: The hotel itself is good value for money as in prime location next to the main shopping area, and a 10 minute walk to the main train station. The hotel staff were also very nice and welcoming, our room was cleaned and our towels changed everyday, breakfast was basic but adequate.

Main advantages: I liked everything in this hotel: the staff is inconceivably amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious enough. The hotel is quite new and clean. And the famous shopping street Corso Buenos Aires is just round the corner.

Main disadvantages: If you are a light sleeper, ask for rooms at the back of the hotel, or on higher floors, the traffic noise (and the sirens from the ambulances - there is a hospital nearby) is loud!! Also, agree a price for booking taxis first. The metered taxi fare to Linate airport (even with traffic) is on average €15, max €20 (I have been to Milan many times), the hotel booked our taxi for us, and we were charged €35 when we got to the airport.

Main advantages: The central location. Best of all, the staff - everyone one of them is friendly, helpful, and would go out of the way to ensure all their guests are comfortable.
