| Main disadvantages: A little too warm and stuffy. Open windows and suffer the noise. The
room had many lights but except for bedside, all went either all on
or all off. Would be good to have a chanteuse lamp to read while
partner sleeps. |
| Main advantages: Very pleasant accommodation, great old city location, and exceptionally
friendly staff. Plus I always prefer a buffet breakfast included instead
of a $30-40 per person "continental"!
We are tough customers and we were very pleased. |

| Main advantages: A delightful and central hotel in Turin. The rooms and ambience are
excellent, as is the psotion. The restaurant staff are exceptional, but
the reception staff are a bit off hand, more concerned with paperwork
and disinclined to make guest feel extra welcome. I would stay there
again, bit the manager does nee to gibe that section of his hotel a
real boot. |

| Main disadvantages: Pop music (if you can call it that) in the restaurant and again curiously noisy plumbing. But the music was changed more to our taste one lunchtime by the very obliging staff, and we prefer old solid buildings even if the plumbing is noisy to the the flimsy-walled modern design hotels. |
| Main advantages: A fine hotel (our second visit) with an excellent restaurant that offers good-value menus including wine, coffee and service. The bar is also well worth a visit or two. |

| Main advantages: Hotel staff was very helpful and professional: currently construction blocks off their street entrance and when we arrived by car they sent staff to immediately pickup our luggage and park the car for us: no trouble whatsoever. complementary breakfasts were terrific. overall, we'd love to return and stay there again. we'd book with booking.com again too. |

| Main advantages: I felt my room was very comfortable, although noisy later in the evening when the trash was being brought out. the staff was very friendly and the location was great. they generously upgraded me to a double room without my asking because of the length of my stay. had 5 great nights there |

| Main advantages: We stayed at this hotel on business. Services of the hotel satisfied us in total. It isn't so huge, rather cozy. Receptionists were friendly and caring. We enjoyed a relaxing breakfast. Rooms were clean and the interior was well organized. It is located a little far from the nearest train station on foot and too close by taxi. It can be convenient in neither way. I felt like staying longer when I checked out of it. |

| Main advantages: This was a wonderful hotel. I arranged for two deluxe double rooms. They were large, beautifully furnished, state-of-the art in every way, quiet and comfortable. The bathrooms were large, well-decorated and full of every convenience. Breakfast buffet was sumpyuous with freshly squeezed blood orange juice, wide assortments of delicacies, and gorgeous dining and common areas. Staff was accommodating. Outstanding in every way. |
