Golden Palace is a luxurious hotel in the centre of Turin, a 10-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum and Porta Nuova Train Station. It features a wellness centre with swimming pool and gym. The Palace's classic design is inspired by the 2006 Olympic Games. Each room comes with free internet access, an LCD TV, and an exclusive courtesy set. The hotel's Golden Spa includes an indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and a range of hydromassage showers. A cosmetic boutique and a variety of beauty treatments are also available. The Golden Palace's restaurant serves classic Italian cuisine and specialities from Piedmont. In fine weather meals are served in the garden.

Main disadvantages: I was disapointed that the pool was shut during summer time for maintenance, bit ridiculous during hot season

Main disadvantages: the architectural design and the colours are "peculiar" - all very dark... remembers the movie "Shining", just the child with the bicycle missing...quite expensive in general

Main advantages: I recommend every one want to stay in torino stay in Golden Palace :luxury,comfortable,cleaned,positive,helpful staff&friendly,price is suitable also ac was not that good but when you complain they right away fix it and follow you to make sure it is working good&and it is for the rest of my stay.

Main disadvantages: Fittings in bathroom on close inspection not quite so good. Shower leaked a lot, and plug for bath got stuck. Some ofthe finishes in bathroom average

Main disadvantages: Sadly, like many Italian establishments they don't have a clue about thesacrosanct necessity of boiling the water to make the tea, for theirEnglish guests. They only provided tepid water and we missed enjoying agood English cuppa.

Main advantages: This is a superb centrally located Hotel and is really calm and peacefulwith excellent service in the lounge and restaurant. And when we arrivedthy gave us a free upgrade to a De-luxe room overlooking a quietcourtyard.

Main advantages: I can't say I was that impressed by the hotel. The room was fairly small and we weren't even allowed to do a later check out for not even 1 hour. So, overall I would say it was pretty avarage probably because of the fact that they were so busy - which shouldn't be the case in this kind of hotels

Main advantages: The Turin Art and Culture package provided us with a nice welcome aperitivo, a comfortable room, a tasty dinner, and the Turin card for 2 days of sightseeing. The staff were also friendly. We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel.

Main disadvantages: When we arrived we had to unpack all our bags from the taxi and I went to get my own trolley which I don't expect from this kind of hotel. The porter watched me do this and it took a while for him to come outside and help. In terms of first impressions, it wasn't the best one.

Main advantages: The location was excellent and within walking distance of all the shops, some excellent restaurants and main tourist attractions. Our deluxe room was comfortable and clean. Considering it was a deluxe room rather than standard and we had a cot for our baby son in the room, it was not as spacious as expected. I wonder how small the standard rooms are then? We asked a front of house staff member for a recommendation for lunch. When we got there it was not open during the day, however we went back in the evening it was and it was a brilliant meal.
