Main disadvantages: If there is anything, the rroms are a little bit too classic and could need some modernisation, during fashion week, no fashion tv on tv and finally, no free wifi

Main advantages: Great location, friendly staff, not too big which I like very much.

Henri Brussels, Belgium - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: Rooms are a bit small for a big price ! The Principe e Savoya is 30% cheaper and the rooms more spacious. In counterpart, the Principe is far away from Via della Spiga and Via Montenapoleone.

Main advantages: Its location ! Simply perfect for business and shopping.

Main advantages: Before I even arrived, Carlos, the concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel was in a good location, very clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable one.

Main advantages: Exceptionally cosy for a european hotel, the rooms are nicely completed, the excellent location for shoppers( direct exit to via della spiga), friendly staff without excessive arrogance

Main advantages: The service was very good. The concierge advise very helpful. The location from our point of view was perfect with the shops and Duomo all close. We never ate in the hotel however I understand the restaurant to be very good.

Main disadvantages: The hotel is very dark. They need more lighting for reading in the rooms. There are lights but they are not very bright.

Main advantages: The concierge was very helpful but he only recommended 2 restaurants very near the hotel. They must have a deal with those restaurants. I found other restaurants nearby from other guides that were better.
