Main disadvantages: The receptionist don't know much the deals the booking.com offer and you
must print the details what you made with booking.com.(The staff ask for
100euros for extra bed for children under 12 which the booking.com's
offer is free of charge). The staff who take care of the swimming pool
will stop your children playing happily in the swimming pool. Prepare
adhseive tape to stick on your kid's mouth before going to the swimming
pool or otherwise you will be in trouble.
Main advantages: Large rooms with contemporary design. The swimming pool is a must go
place in the hotel so bring along with your swimsuit.

Main disadvantages: The reception area is designed so that it feels oddly unwelcoming. You
don't get an idea of where you are supposed to be going, and there is no
"flow" to the area, despite it being designed to within an inch of its
life. The bar is in the basement, which seems odd when really if you
were going for an evening drink in a hotel like this, you would normally
want to be seen, ie at street level. The hard glossy surfaces everywhere
make it a bit noisy and echoey.
Main advantages: The staff were polite and helpful, the funky design.

Main disadvantages: No one answered the phone for room service or reception on numerous occasions when i called. I couldn't order dinner the first night I arrived. Also the hotel took pre-payment before my stay from booking.com and didn't refund it when i checked out 2 days early. Unacceptable. I will never stay again. I would rather stay in a hotel that never does that.

Main disadvantages: The view from my Superior Double room's window was terrible, just some house wall. Doesn't have bath tube, when it's really needed after the long flight. And small drawer for your clothes.
Main advantages: Unique design, love the lamp above the bed and rain-like shower. Very attentive to your needs, as I was with baby, they provide Chicco brand baby-cot and baby care essentials. They provide various kinds of pillows including one filled with lavender, loved it.

Main disadvantages: We ordered breakfast in the room by fiiling the card and hanging it outside of the room, but we were not served. The personnel has not picked it up! When we declared that on the reception, they say only "sorry" without any compensation. For expensive, 5-star hotel is inacceptable.
Main advantages: The location of the hotel is excellent - in the center of shopping area and the historic center. Design is fantastic! Family room is very large and comfortable, bed is excellent.

Main disadvantages: breakfast not included and the room service menu was not available. aslo, choices were very limited even fresh orange juice was not availalble. there was a spa but no fitness center which was strange.
Main advantages: location was good. the rooms were clean and comfortible. the shower had only glass door which was not fit for family with childern.

Main disadvantages: The lack of variety of the variety of the late hours menu for room service (we arrived late at night). A window was open and had a problem of mechanism, a problem that they quickly solved. Overall, nothing special.

Main disadvantages: Poor breakfast (charged extra 35Eur pp, without info that it is notincluded in price, not a value for money), little additional suggestionwas offered - just menu handed, poor English of some staff (I guess theywere not yet comfortable with their skills as hotel just opened),although express checkout was ordered in the evening, next morning hadto wait for checkout, not yet many guests so hotel felt deserted
Main advantages: Excellent design, in room amenities and overall feeling, excellentlocation, but may get stuck in traffic to get close, so be prepared towalk "last mile" if you want to get there quicker, new and trendy
