| Main advantages: The hotel staff were very helpful and very willing to do what it took to make us happy. I wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and upon check-in we were upgraded to a Junior suite. The recommendations for restaurants were very accurate and representative of local cuisine.
We also had our conversion issues with several electronic devices and the front desk staff was more than willing to assist us in resolving those. |

| Main disadvantages: The bed was a little to hard and the showers could have been a little
bit hotter. |
| Main advantages: All the staff were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much for them.
When we asked for transport to pick us up from the airport..it was there
ready and waiting for us. When we asked for tables to be booked in
restaurants...not only were they booked but the best tables were
reserved for us. My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding
anniversary in Venice. The Aqua Palace and it's wonderful staff helped
to make it an anniversary to remember. |

| Main advantages: Excellent welcome and attention from all staff. A beautifully finished
building with excellent furnishings. Real character in the finishes and
room facilities. Great breakfast choice and service. We would thoroughly

| Main advantages: We love everything about Aqua Palace! Our room was huge and bathroom too! Nicely decorated hotel and very friendly staffs who recommended us to nice restaurants. Location wasn't as difficult to find if you follow their instructions given on their website. Easily accessible to everywhere around Venice. We had a great experience! |

| Main disadvantages: Although we had 2 rooms and plenty of space, the pull-out couch was uncomfortable enough that my 6 year old wouldn't sleep in it (she ended up sleeping with us - but at least the bed was big). We had no view at all, but when opening the windows, at least we could get a lot of natural light. I didn't like the dark decor in general, but this was part of the style of the hotel. |
| Main advantages: The staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the server was really nice. One morning when I slept through breakfast, she brought me a cafe latte and warm croissants to the loading dock entrance which has a place to sit and drink/eat and is totally charming. Our room was very large. The hotel is very centrally located and you can walk to mostly anywhere. One of the hotel entrances is on a canal, so it is accessible by water taxi. If you don't mind paying the extra euro's this is really nice. |

| Main advantages: We really enjoy our Jr. Suit room. Spacious and beautifully decorated
with comfort. Great service in general. More specifically, a lady staff
named Sylvia who was servicing us in the breakfast table. She's
extremely helpful and attentive to meet every customer's need. The staff
at reception also recommended a very good restaurant - Ae Sconte, nearby
the hotel, which provide very good service and excellent quality of
food. It really made our stay in Venice close to perfect. |

| Main disadvantages: Room service menu is poor and limited. At the first place it's very difficult to find the hotel. It's normal in Venice, however the instructions on the website should be improved. |
| Main advantages: We stayed at the junior suite. The room, cleanliness and the comfort was perfect. Staff is friendly and location is just between StMark and Rialto, only 5 minutes on foot to each. Satisfied with the breakfast as well. |

| Main disadvantages: It was expensive, but after experiencing the service from the staff, seeing the location and some of the other hotels in the area, I'd say it is definately worth it. |
| Main advantages: Excellent service from all staff, good English speaking and will help you get the most out of your time there. You are 5 mins walk from St. Marks Square, but not close enough to have too many tourists milling around the hotel so is actually very peaceful. Our suite was over looking one of the canals and you can hear the guys running the gondalas singing/whistling as they're going by. Fantastic location. |

| Main disadvantages: My husband and I were moved from a large room to a smaller room because of water problems which we did not see. However, we were compensated with a large bowl of fruit which we used at lunchtimes. Considering our rate, I was rather surprised at the huge size of our initial room. I am wondering if they put us in the wrong room, or if, in fact, they really did have a water problem. |
| Main advantages: This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms were very large and spotless. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had offerings we did not see elsewhere in Italy. The hotel is a classy mix of new design and old fashioned hospitality. Our family of 5 with 2 teenage girls and grandmother loved it. We stayed for 3 nights in August. Quite close to St. Mark's square and Rialto bridge. Not noisy at night. |

| Main disadvantages: We loved the hotel however the mattresses were a little hard. This seems to be a common issue in the hotels we have stayed in throughout Italy. Not a deal breaker but if the mattresses were upgraded this hotel would be absolutely perfect! |
| Main advantages: The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient to many of the attractions in Venice and an easy walk from either Piazza San Marcos or the Rialto bridge. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed the patio area by the canal. We would definitely stay there again! |
