Main disadvantages: For more added value I definitely recommend the installation of a lift and more variety at the breakfast table.

Main advantages: A very functional hotel and central to all major sights. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room and bathroom were kept clean throughout my three night stay.

Main advantages: Felt like they put us in a separate building, very far away from everything else in the hotel. Lift was not working which made it hard with luggage. Front desk staff were very helpful and a couple of them spoke great English. We would recommend the hotel for it's location and cost.

Main advantages: Location was totally brilliant, quaint hotel, good sized clean rooms, breakfast although continental was good and the girls who looked after this side of the business were excellent. But location location location to San Marcos square 50m tops!

Main disadvantages: Only one key was provided for the room. Late check out was not available. Carpeting needs repair in some sections, particularly the staircase. Cost of the room varied depending on the day of the week, increasing during week-end nights.

Main advantages: Its location makes it very convenient to visit all sectors of Venice. The room was a good size with a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom had a full tub with whirlpool and a bidet. Breakfast was varied and one could ask for espresso coffee, no charge. Internet service was available for a fee.

Main advantages: Very very friendly staff!!!! Always cheerfully, courteously and friendly. Whatever concerns you, they help you or solve it for you. Kingsize bed although single room; downtown-location which is perfect!! Very good value for money in this town - friendlyness of staff is compatible with 5 stars hotels. If you focus on else than a luxurious breakfast buffett, this is the hotel for you. But fresh fruits like oranges, kiwis and apples were also available. Wi-FI available (sometimes it works). 70 - 100 meters away from San Marco Basilica - very great location - can go almost everywhere by feet and return until late by boat. Will definetely check-in here again!!! Multi-cultural and -lingual staff - very warm hearted! Thanks for providing a nice and warm spot in this crowded town.
