For bookings of more than 4 nights cleaning and linen change are twice a week.
The kitchenette is cleaned at the end of the stay, with extra cleaning available on request at a charge.

Main disadvantages: Expensive for location (almost $300 Euro's for two nights) far from
downtown and subway station. We asked for non-smoking but got a smoking
room (ashtrays) and when someone lit up in others rooms it filtered
right into our room. Transferred to other room on higher floor and same
thing. No restaurants nearby.
Main advantages: Hotel staff very freindly and helpful. Large bright rooms (stayed in
two) with 12' ceilings. Very clean and well equipped kitchen suits.
Large (for europe) comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was awesome (best
we had for a month in europe).

Main advantages: Hotel staff's friendliness and willingness to help. They are knowledgable around the area and will definitely get you the answers for your questions. Rooms are comfortable and especially for families with small children, babies.

Main disadvantages: Guaranteed noise from the t1e0arams on the street in the early mornings,sometimes strong smells from the nearby zoo, no carabinery in the parkat the evening and/or night (when you return from the city),sophisticated method of cold/hot water regulation in the bath
Main advantages: The location is perfect, the building is stylish, fresh air from thepark, away from hectic rome, the room is beautiful, kithchenette is well-thought, the staff always friendly and ready-to-help, clean and nosmells inside

Main disadvantages: no grocery store near by;
Main advantages: Great place to stay ; great location, near everything in Rome but also far enough away from the tourist crowds. Very quiet and close to Villa Borghese park. Walking distance to major attractions and good public transit access to everything else

Main advantages: Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a swimming pool was a nice facility after all the sightseeing. The Villa Borghese is a lovely location and public transport is very convenient once you become familiar with the different routes. We enjoyed a good breakfast each day before setting out on our travels.

Main disadvantages: Television is capable of receiving only 4 Italian stations. Cable reception poor.No CNN or BBC. TV screen very small.
Main advantages: Great swimming pool and pool area.. Great location near Villa Borghese. Very nice rooms. Excellent staff. Extremely helpful to foreigners.

Main disadvantages: Of course, it would have been nice to stay at a walking distance from the center, but we knew the location in advance and were prepared. Walking to town through the park was not easy, but as soon as we realized that the tram (stop 50m from the apartment) is a convenient way of getting to a metro stop or much closer to the center, the problem was solved. Taxi from center was around 8 euro only.
Main advantages: The apartment was excellent, spacious, very well decorated and maintained and functional, and the rate very good. Staff was simply superb, kind and helpful and completely without the usual Roman tourist service sarcasm. The swimming pool was perfect for hot afternoons. My child was particularly happy for seeing some parrots of the nearby zoo from our window, and the proximity of the beautiful Borghese park. The area, Parioli, is neat upper class and suitable for those who feel a bit nervous about safety or noise at the center of Rome.

Main disadvantages: It was about 15 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket.
Main advantages: Staff were excellent - extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious and of a very high standard in decor and cleanliness. It was very near to a beautiful park and only about 15 minutes walk into Rome City Centre. It was about 10-15 minutes walk to a lovely restaurant (Rossini).

Main disadvantages: It's not the thing we didn't like exactly, but all the guests should be aware that the Residense is quite a long (but pleasant) way from metro or the center, so be ready to walk or take a taxi.
Main advantages: The suite is really comfortable, clean, stuffed with everything you might need and even more. All the hotel staff is friendly, ready to help with anything you want, easy in communication. Nice green and quiet area, very close to Villa Borghese.

Main disadvantages: The downside is the location. It's north of a giant, lovely park. There is no public transport through the park. So you've got to go far east, or far west, to get anywhere. This is probably why it's cheap. If you are not in a hurry, and don't mind the long walks through the park, or riding in taxis, or long tram rides, then it's perfect. If you're trying to "see everything" this will cramp your style.
Main advantages: Excellent cleaning. Extremely spacious. In terms of value for money for apartment rentals, it's unimaginable to get that kind of value in London -- maybe in Birmingham or Manchester.

Main disadvantages: Staff was not really helpful. Could't find our booking and made us worry about it, were not showing any interest in solving the problem. No breakfast and no places to eat near by.
Main advantages: Very good rooms spacious and with a small kitchenett. Quite location near Borgeze park. In general very good place for a long stay and alternative to appartment. For a short stay better choose hotel in the center.

Main disadvantages: As we were on the first floor, during traffic hours the roads were a little noise. Not so many restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by. Car would be best but 6 parking spaces.
Main advantages: The hotel/apt is beautiful, high ceilings and stylishly decorated, full of small luxury details, nice big comfy bed. Good connection to the city center with buses and trams.
