| Main disadvantages: Breakfast could be improved for a 4 star hotel, 100% non smoking which
is not in fact negative, but they could at least place an ashtray in
front of the entrance. |
| Main advantages: Charming and quite hotel, great location (5 min walk from spanish stairs
& fontana di trevi, 2 min from barberini metro station), friendly staff,
adequate room for Rome center (a bit small with big
bathroom).Additionally, room - hotel facilities were very clean, wi-fi
excellent and free of charge. Highly recommended, great value for the
price paid. |

| Main advantages: Central location, very helpful and friendly staff, nice and cosy rooms, though they may seem not spacious enough but the hotel itself is rather small. Wonderful restaurant on the roof, very delicious. |

| Main disadvantages: Why is the charge the same for single usage and double usage of a room?
You should at least offer a small discount for single usage. This
normally is a factor when I decide where to stay, but as my friends had
also booked this hotel, I decided stay anyway. |

| Main disadvantages: We paid an extra 100 euro to get an upgraded room (deluxe double room). We were given room 404. The window was tiny and at ceiling level. There was not sufficient natural light. Artificial light was required all day. |

| Main disadvantages: Traffic noise outside - even if the windows had double shades. Our Deluxe room had one and only simple chair - not convinient for two tired walking tourists. We, people from the North, also missed some dark bread for breakfast (the pastry dishes were really impressing). Only one channel in English - CNN with misarably information about Europe and Noth Africa. |

| Main disadvantages: The only thing negative comment is that I found the drinks in the Hotel expensive. |
| Main advantages: The front office team were lovely had fluent english and were very helpful and they were also happy to store our luggage at no additional charge on our day of departure as our flight was not until 8pm. The location of the Hotel is ideal for a city break with all "must see" places within walking distance. Its location is also ideal to join any of the City bus tours. The breakfast could do with additional items but in saying that what was provided was of good quality and refreshed regularly. |

| Main disadvantages: Breakfast was a little disappointing - the grill for the toast was hopeless and the fruit salad was very basic. The yoghurt seemed very cheap. My coffee was provided in a milk jug on the last day and we nearly always had to ask for milk to be provided for tea or coffee. |

| Main advantages: We have stayed at the hotel before. It is a friendly quiet comfortable place not on a main road but well placed for underground and buses. The staff are very helpful. I wish there were hotels in London like it! If we go to Rome again I shall not hesitate to chose it. |
