Main advantages: It's located quite close to the Termini station yet away from the crowds. The accommodation is good and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is delivered everyday at your door in a basket. It's quite close to Colosseum and metro stop, few minutes walk. Several eating places are close by as well.

Main disadvantages: The shower in our room was somewhat restricted in size. Being a larger
guy, getting in and out wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.
Main advantages: The staff was incredibly helpful and informative. Upon arriving at the
hotel the gentlemen checking us in spent the time to go through a map of
the city giving us a suggestion for exploring the city in 3 days with
minimal transit/travel time allowing us to save money and be more
efficient.

Main advantages: The property is located on a one way side street one block from a major street. It is quiet, comfortable and convenient. There is a red and blue metro stop within a 5-7 minute walk. Shopping is one to two blocks. The Coliseum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain are within 20 minutes walk. The staff we worked with were very accomodating and seemed eager to please. The breakfast is a basket of rolls, sweet bread outside the door every morning. The room was comfortable with a hot water pot, espresso machine, juices, biscuits, teas and coffees. They do not provide facial washcloths. If you arrange a tour be advised there may be a three hour minimum and may be quite expensive. Insure you have all the information up front. The building is older and there is no sign other than a samll plate at the door with a listing to be rung in. Our taxi driver could not find it until we gave him a map the hotel had provided. We were there only two days but enjoyed the stay.

Main disadvantages: It is not a hotel it is apartment inside a building shared with other
people living in this building so 3 keys were given to me one for the
outside door of th building the other one for the apartment , the third
one for our room. No place for breakfast small basket containing
corrosan and cake
Main advantages: Location was close to many attractions , staff especially Alfernando
took care of my lost luggage by calling the airport every day to follow
with them the arrival of luggage

Main advantages: The triple room was quite spacious and very clean. It backed on to a monastry so there was no noise day or night. It was on a quiet street but very close to all the amenities and sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Main disadvantages: nothing at all it was fantastic
Main advantages: The apartment was extremely clean and in a great location only a few minutes walk from the train/bus station & many of the sites eg Spanish steps, Trevi fountain. The room we were given had a beautiful terrace were you could eat the breakfast left on your door each morning of fresh croissants & bread, would definately recommend this little hidden gem.

Main advantages: Aenea's location was handy to railway station and a short walk to major sightseeing venues. The room and balcony were lovely and the staff extremely helpful and kind. The building is secure with many amenities nearby. The delivered to the room morning breakfast and provided snacks in the room were good.

Main advantages: Fantastic location, David and team made us feel so welcome and very helpful they couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of it. Situated on a small street with no large sign outside could make it difficult to find, but if you follow map & instructions emailed from the team no problem to locate. Main disadvantages: Its more of a B&B than a hotel. It consists of some rooms and a small reception.Hotel is at first floor and there is an old very compact lift which cannot accomodate wheelchairs and most buggies.The street and looks of hotel from outside is very deserted, and you might have trouble finding it.There is no Microwave but an electric stove was available in the kitchen.No Iron :( If you want a B&B at a good location with friendly staff than go for it. If you are expecting a proper hotel in an open area with restaurants and swimming pool then this may not be the right choice.
Main advantages: Very nice and friendly staff with good english skills. The new wing is clean and comfortable. Very nice location, close to Termini station about 10 minute walk - from where you can get trains and buses. Also the A and B metro lines are at 10 minutes walk distance.Colosseum and Spanish Steps are at 10-15 minute walking distance. Breakfast outside the door every morning was fresh, but obviously it was not a buffet. Supermarket was close about 5 minute walk. Very good AC.

Main disadvantages: It is a small hotel so it doesn´t have the facilities of a big one (swimming pool,spa,computer,...)
Main advantages: The staff was very friendly at all times.They gave us a lot of tips at check in about local restaurants and places to see which were very handy.The nesspresso coffee machine in the room is great as well as the breakfast basket that they leave in the door every morning so you can pick it up at any time.They tried to accomodate all our requests.Nice decoration.Very clean.Great hotel.
