| Main advantages: Location was excellent. Just a few yards from the railway station. The
staff were very good and supportive. Facilities were excellent and I
also liked the design of the rooms. It suits for honeymoon couples,

| Main advantages: Well managed fair price hotel, good location for transport and shopping.
Clever shower with good hot water supply, very good breakfast too. Not

| Main disadvantages: Though location next to train station was very good for our purpose, it
was a bit far away from key sightseeing and shopping sites. Also area
looked a bit unsafe first.
Only issue related to room itself was that bed was a bit too hard for our taste and would have been nice to have some drawer for extra clothes. |
| Main advantages: Price we got was excellent and considering price vs. Hotel quality,
definitelly worth the money. Hotel was quiet, practically no noise from
other rooms nor from the street though our room was on first floor
towards the street, breakfast was available with good selection,
friendly staff with excellent English. We arrived in the evening by
train and left in the afternoon by train, therefore 200m from
trainstation was excellent location to us. |

| Main advantages: Twin bed room is confortable enough to stay and has typical European style. Even facing the roads where buses and cars run frequently the room is quiet because of double windows. Staff is friendly. Very close to the station and many sightseeing spots. |

| Main advantages: Very good location if you rented a car since it offers private
parking. The staff was very nice and gave us great tips and advice on
where to go and where to eat. The breakfast was very good, and the

| Main disadvantages: One of the lamp is out of work but no one repaires it during our stay. |
| Main advantages: Very close to the train station and Sita bus station. 5 to 20 mins walk to the intrests. The hotel decoration is with style. The room is a little small as a 4-star hotel but it's cozy. Our room is attached with a beautiful terrece which is a surprise. The toilet is spacious and clean. |

| Main advantages: This hotel is just 3-4 minutes by walk from the main railway station in Florence (Firenze S.M.N). It is also at a walkable distance to the major attractions in the city. The room is spacious and extremely clean. The interior is well furnished and has all amenities required to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff make you feel warm and welcome. The room service one night even cooked something on our request that wasn't on the menu that too quite late in the night. The breakfast buffet has a great variety. If I visit Florence again, this hotel will surely be where I stay. |
