Apartment K is located at Bergstadastraeti, Laugavegur 86-92 and Hverfisgata 14, but check-in takes place at Thingholtsstraeti 2-4.
Guests staying at Laugavegur and Hverfisgata will be transferred to their apartments free of charge. This service is available 24/7.
Guests arriving later than 21:00 are kindly requested to contact the reception in advance. Contact details are included in the booking confirmation.
Rates on the Booking.com website are quoted in EUR. Please note that charges will be made in ISK based on the exchange rate from EUR to ISK on the day that the booking is made.

| Main disadvantages: Some apartments are still under construction, so unfortunately we've
experienced some noise and we had to move into a different apartment at
Hverfisgata street. |
| Main advantages: The location was excelent, the staff very friendly and always prompt to
help you. Some apartments are brand new, so all the furniture is very
modern and funky. The Tempur matresses are a plus. I would recommend
Apartment K. |

| Main advantages: The greeting we received was really lovely. We were taken to our
apartment and given all the information we could want. The Apartment was
impeccably designed and had all modern amenities. Very luxurious and
comfortable for what we paid. The location was the best we could hope
for, located right in the centre off the main street. Will definitely be
staying again when we come back to Reykjavik! |

| Main disadvantages: The apartment on Þingholtsstræti faces Laugavegur. The noise from the bar across the street is over whelming between midnight and 5 AM. If you are in Reykjavík for the night life, a great location. If you enjoy sleeping at night, enjoy one of other Apartment K's locations. |
| Main advantages: Apartment K has a strong modern design - very chic. This unit was very bright. The in room mini-Mac was a great touch. The staff are very eager to meet your needs. |

| Main advantages: Our flight got in early but failed to let the staff know of this beforehand. When we called to see if we can do an early check in, the hotel staff came with our room key in her hand :) The room was better than the photos; gorgeous, well-designed, comfortable, and clean. Wi-Fi worked great, Mini Mac came in handy, and the location was prime. We will be recommending Apartment K to all of our friends! |

| Main disadvantages: No reception/guest lobby so it was difficult to ask questions if needed. Thankfully there is a button you can push and the owners were always very quick to respond and help us. No phone in the room. |
| Main advantages: Apartment K was awesome. The design of our room felt like we were staying in a trendy apartment. The MAC computer entertained us well that we almost didn't want to leave the apartment. The beds were able to incline/recline and were amazing for movie watching. The washroom/shower was comfortable and had a radio in the shower. The kitchen was well stocked that if wanted, we could cook every meal there. Overall, an excellent place, felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. |

| Main disadvantages: Noise between apartments is a problem (TV, voice, people walking around upstairs), noise from outside is also very loud (for example at 4am). Tap water tastes and smells slightly of sulphur (might be throughout Reykjavik). Check in process remains confusing despite instructions, no definite signage at check in location. |
| Main advantages: Excellent facilities, modern appliances and fit out, generous spaces and rooms at very low prices. Staff very generous with early check in/check out, knowledgable, very welcoming and polite. Would definitely stay again! |

| Main disadvantages: There were some noisy guests a couple of nights I stayed there. |
| Main advantages: It was as if my friend who lives in Reykjavik, was out of town and left me the keys to her apartment! The location is prime. No pretentious hotel lobbies or concierges. It had everything I needed for my stay. And when I needed advice on something, I just had to ring them up and someone was there to answer my questions. |

| Main disadvantages: Could have done with some coffee filters for the machine, we were only staying for 5 nights so it wasn't worth buying any. |
| Main advantages: Being left alone by housekeeping, we like to go to bed late and get up late whilst on holiday, so Apartment k was great for that. The Bose dock was a great addition too. |

| Main advantages: A very good value accomodation. We stayed in a small flat which was very central in Reykjavik. The Apartment K flat was well equipped : good bedding, little kitchen to cook your meals, clean bathroom. Many cupboards, closets and shelves to put your clothes and things. Besides we found the design quite pleasant. All in all we consider this was the best address we stayed in during our 8 days holiday in Iceland. |

| Main disadvantages: Noticed the couch was in slighlty rough condition, still a very good couch but guess a previous guest wasnt that kind to it. |
| Main advantages: Perfect location, dont think you could get any more central. Nice and quite, had Apple TV which was great, super comfy memory mattress and a great little kitchen, really made our stay. Kitchen had a good amount of equipment like pots and pans, good sixed fridge and I enjoyed the hammock on the deck to sit on while waiting for the other half to get ready. |

| Main disadvantages: if you are staying there over the weekend, the street noise from the bars is incredible. you have to hear it to believe it. it starts about midnight and is so loud it's nearly impossible to sleep. it get worse and worse as the night goes on until the bars close at 5AM and then it finally starts slowing down around 6AM. we just sat on our steps and enjoyed the scene even though we were really jetlagged and tired because there was no way we could sleep with all that commotion. |
