Keys are collected from the office at Tryggvabraut 10. Instructions for key collection and final arrangements will be emailed to guests.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Please note, if modified, a fixed amount of EUR 50 will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Prepay Policy
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
