By Plane:
Travelling from the airport, we would recommend that you take an AirCoach bus to Marion Square and then walk for 4 to 5 minutes.
Another option is to take the regular bus number 41, 41B, 16A or 747 to Lower O'Connell Street and than bus number 10 to Lower Baggot Street. Get off to the Old Convent stop before Baggot Bridge. We are opposite the bus stop at number 92.

Please note that parking is only available from 18:00 to 08:00 during the week and all-day Saturday and Sunday.
The reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00. An airport collection service and late check-in is possible for guests arriving in Dublin after 22:00.

Main advantages: Value for money is nearly unbeatable. My room in the backyard building was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was also excelent especially for this price! Car parking place was available. Good location because 10 minutes walk to downtown area.

Main disadvantages: Bed could have been more comfortable, but it wasn't nearly the most
uncomfortable I've experienced.
Main advantages: The staff were extremelly professional and helpful, going beyond the
extra mile for me. Guesthouse is warm, comfortable, uncomplicated, very
clean, wifi and parking inc and breakfast was above par for the price.
No copmplaints at all for the price and purpose of visit. I would
definately stay here again and recommed it as a shopping or business
trip base or over night stay needing that location. Best I've stayed in
in the area at that price and I've tried many.

Main advantages: Location close to Grafton St. Parking at rear. Room large and very
comfortable - bed linen spotless. Shower very powerful and one of the
few places still providing soap, shampoo etc. Breakfast was included in
our price and was cooked to order and very good. Tea/Coffee facilities
in room. Loads of leaflets and staff gave us an excellent map. Also lots
of menus from local restaurants on the walls near breakfast room which
was a nice touch

Main disadvantages: I would have liked to have more information about the area I was in such as restaurants, pubs, cafes etc.
Main advantages: It was a convenient locations with everything I needed for my stay. Quiet room, good bathroom and wireless access. There was also breakfast available which was very good. All the staff were very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Main advantages: The room was beautiful for my daughter and I. Two very comfortable beds,
very nice bathroom. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was great. The
breakfasts were very good. Very good breakfast room service as well. We
needed to borrow an extra adaptor and they lent us one as well. Would
recommend this place to anyone. It was about a 10 minute walk into the
heart of Dublin. We walked it every day. The staff also arranged for our
airport taxi pick up and also provided a wake up call.

Main disadvantages: Parking - difficult and limited: main-road arrival to check in for those unfamiliar with location of rear car park, entry to which is only possible by reversing through long narrow archway; room for only 3-4 cars with exit only possible on last-in/first-out basis; signage to car park from Lad Lane would be helpful and time-saving (only found entry on second circuit of the block). Stairs - no lift, so not for the less-fit or heavily-laden. Common areas - some paint work needed. Bathroom - well appointed with fully tiled walls, however though floor tiles were clean they were not well-chosen as theirr grey and stippled surface made them look and feel dirty.
Main advantages: Staff - friendly, helpful, professional. Location - convenient. Room - clean, simple, comfortable. Breakfast - good, comprehensive choice, excellent fresh fruit salad. Overall - clean, quiet, peaceful. Wifi, TV, hairdryer, lamps etc all in working order. History - interesting info on view of distinguished 19th century occupant of this Georgian house.
