Quick description Ashfield House is the most centrally located hostel in Dublin - between Trinity College and O'Connell Bridge and one minutes' walk from Temple Bar, Grafton Street and attractions.

The O2 venue and new Grand Canal Theatre and Convention Centre are all within walking distance of our hostel.

Ashfield House is ideal for travellers or backpackers needing a low-cost base in Dublin. The hostel has all ensuite rooms (private bathroom), free Wi-Fi and bed linen, and no curfew. There are vending machines with drinks and light snacks.

Main advantages: Cheap and great location, helpful staff and felt secure in what is essentially a backpackers hostel. We had a private room and bathroom which was great.

Main advantages: Hostel was in a good location just a few minutes walk from O'Connell Street, Grafton Street & Temple Bar. Place was clean and shower was very powerful.

Rest with friends

Main advantages: Great, central location almost outside College Green, but far enough from Temple Bar so that you can sleep at night. Comfortable beds.

Group bookings must be paid in full with final numbers 4 weeks prior to arrival. A group security deposit equivalent to EURO 20.00 per person based on the number of beds booked is payable on arrival and a code of conduct signed by the group leader, if this is not adhered to your deposit may be forfeited otherwise this deposit will be refunded upon departure. During busy periods, Ashfield House may ask you to move rooms (to a room of the same type, or an upgrade). Children under 16 years cannot sleep in dormitory rooms shared with other guests. When booking, it is possible that members of your group may not be allocated the same room. You must have photo ID at check-in.
