| Main advantages: The room was excellent, very clean, with a big bathroom and free Wi-Fi.
We arrived to the hotel quite early in the morning but they had rooms
available so they let us check in immediately. The staff was happy to
help with enquiries about the city and transportation. The breakfast was
very good. |

| Main disadvantages: I wish breakfast was included in the room rate. I didn't take it as it was a bit on the high price. They also stated that they didn't have a double bed when I was checking in so I was given a room with two twin beds put next to each other to make it like a double bed. |
| Main advantages: Amazing staff,always smiling & helpful,I really DID like them!Excellent location,close to two tram lines and metro station, all within 5 minutes walk, very clean,comfy beds, spacious room, Good value for money.I asked for a room with a good view and on a side with less noise (if there would be any) & it was given. I really liked my room 517. I definitely recommend this hotel.Check-in, Check-out quite quick! |

| Main advantages: The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The guests seemed to be a mix of business people and tourists. We had a nice view of the plaza of the theater across the street. |

| Main disadvantages: Hotel and room was not well prepared for a small children - our 18-month son could easily open front door and other doors in room. There was no ventilation in toilet. View form room was terrible (old& dirty yard). |

| Main advantages: I had a very special rate and I was not obliged to take the breakfast, I did not use the facility of the hotel really, but the reception was impeccable. I appreciate that the towels were not changed every day -> environment friendly. |

| Main disadvantages: air conditioning did not function properly. Instead of heating, it blew cold air fos some time, making the room even colder. After a few hours, it worked, but for me it was unconfortable to stay in a cold hotel room, after having had eye surgery. |
| Main advantages: Because I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, i did not have major surprises. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful, room OK, breakfast is good (although much fewer options, no smoked fish-my favourite for hotel breakfast).All in all this hotel is a good option for a city break. |

| Main disadvantages: Internet charges are too expensive, should be included in hotel roomprice, parking was expensive, but inevitably "a must take", as thestreets around the hotel were crowded with parked cars and almost allarea around the hotel a payable parking. When booking a room one must becareful not to take a room without outer window! I asked specificallyfor a room with an external window and got it. I could not believe myeyes, when I saw the floor plan and the rooms above the lobby withwindows facing the (internal) lobby! |
