Most of our rooms are facing the beautiful, clean garden courtyard. All our rooms are provided with two comfortable double beds with towels and linen. An iron is available upon request.

Several restaurants, bars, cafes ( some open 24-hours ) are located within 500 metres from the hotel.

Area information

Our comfortable apartments are located in the city centre, with several famous tourist attractions within 15 minutes walk. The State Opera House, Heroes Square with its millennium memorial and the Neoclassical St. Stephens Basilica are all nearby.

Travel information

Our hotel is very easy to find. It is only one street away from the Main red line underground metro station , Blaha Lujza ter. Our Hotel is located on the first street after the Burger King on the corner.

Comments

We will not charge your credit card in advance. All payment should be made in cash at the Apartments. Please notify us if you are arriving after 22:00 due to midnight security.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Prepay Policy
No deposit will be charged.

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Main disadvantages: Místo recepce bylo trošku hůře nalezitelné, v noci funguje jiná recepce. Nemohli jsme přijít na to jak otevřít hlavní vchodové dveře pomocí daného kodu. Naštestí v domě funguje i vrátný.

Main advantages: Locust Tree Apartments nabízí krásné ubytování ve velkých prostorných bytech za skvělou cenu. Zaměstnanci tohoto hotelu splnili naprosto všechny naše požadavky (balkon, čtyři oddělené postele... ). K našemu překvapení jsme obdrželi při příjezdu čokoládu na uvítanou a na ráno jsme měli v pokoji připraven čaj a kávu, což bychom v hotelu za tuto cenu (necelých 10 euro na noc) opravdu nečekali. Personál byl velmi příjemný a za uvedení našich skype adres pro nás připravili na pokoj sekt. Pokoje jsou útulné zařízené v moderním IKEA stylu, velmi prostorné kuchyň byla kompletně vybavena takže se hodila i pro dlouhodobější pobyt.

Main advantages: The place is perfect, price quite good, staff helpful. Good place to stay. We were there with one year old daugter and I can say, that this is good place to stay with chidren.

Main disadvantages: Our apartment was in a modern building, which lacks the charm of other nice old Budapest apartment buildings we have stayed in previously. If you are after old-fashioned charm, this building is not for you!

Main advantages: Our apartment was very clean and well equipped with all mod cons - we have often stayed in other apartments where basic kitchen needs like knives or bottle openers were missing, or where not even a toaster or jug was supplied. This was certainly not the case in Locust tree! The staff were also very nice and helpful.

Main disadvantages: The area of the apartment is not nice, too many pubs and bars, many drunkards, dirty street, not feeling comfortable and secured.

Main advantages: Location close to Metro. Room is clean and with all facilities. Value for money.

Main disadvantages: Hopefully they can provide photos of the apartment that they will be leasing. I had no problem with the apartment except I would have prefer one with no stairs since my 80 year old mother accompanied us in this trip. I would have selected an apartment with no stairs.

Main advantages: The personnel office of Locusts Apartment were very friendly, helfpul and efficient! They provide tips on transport system, direction and shopping. They really provided excellent service like a 5 star hotel concierge with such warmth! The apartment was very comfortable and large; fully equipped with appliances. Added bonus was the free laundry service.

Main disadvantages: As I said the first weekend they put us in a ground (zero) floor apartment whiich was dark and humid, but upon our request they moved us to a much nicer one on the fifth floor, same price.

Main advantages: . We arranged with the hotelfor airport pick up. The driver was punctual and very accomodating and the ride was very confortable. The same for the return.After the first weekend when th place was almost fully booked and we ended up in a ground floor not very confortable apartment, they moved us to a luminous ample very confortable fifth floor apt with all the facilities. The place is very centrally located, and although not in the tourist area (for us a plus) it is within walking distance to all the interesting places;Vacy and Andrassy Utca and the Danube.The staff tries to be very helpful.They will do yor washing but you wull have to wait for your cloth to dry up (no dryer). So allow plenty of time for this.
