Main disadvantages: We stayed during New Year holiday, hotel was fully booked and that could be a reason for brekfast scrumble all three days. We had a nice suite on the 7th floor. However we could hear the noise from upper floor, even the bad creak and "happy wisper" from the upper room

Main advantages: Very good location, nice atmosphere

Main disadvantages: The television is very annoying due to slow reactions and regular breakdowns of the channel receiver. The bathroom might need a small renovation.

Main advantages: The location is just great: in the very center of Budapest. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. The floorheating in the bathroom is enjoyable. The rooms are quiet and have a good soundisolation. We booked the hotel without breakfast, there are a lot of nice cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Main advantages: I found the hotel ideal for shopping and also very close to the River Cruise location that we needed to take. Overall the hotel is very well situated and can walk anywhere from the hotel for shopping, eating etc.

Main disadvantages: Airco: more than 25degrees in the evening,Idid phonecall with housekeeping: no reaction. (I will tell it to my collegue she said) ;TV sreen is oldfashioned.

Main advantages: The central location is perfect for business or pleasure trips! Ask for a room overlooking the park from the 5th floor upwards ( rather than the courtyard) as you will get a lovely view of the Basilica lit up at night!

Main disadvantages: Very little - water pressure and temperature in showers can vary a bit. I've mentioned it in previous visits and my sense is that they have done or are doing things to improve the situation

Main advantages: It works very well for a business trip. Apart from the rooms with good working space (desk, plugs wi-fi) there is an excellent lounge area with comfy sofas and tables with waiter service and wi-fi for meetings. Staff very helpful and professional as one would expect from such a hotel. Central location also helps beat the traffic. Also right next to Vaci Utca for shopping. Ticks all the boxes.

Main advantages: The Kempinski Hotel was real 5 star in an excellent location, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. It was easy to walk to many of the sights in Budapest. The staff were extremely helpful.
