Main advantages: The staff was always friendly and willing to answer any questions to the best of their abilities. Very clean, well taken care of and the breakfast was perfect!

Main advantages: Excellent service, very clean rooms, modern design in recently renovated rooms. The bathroom is like a spa. We ate a very tasty breakfast. I would go again to stay at this hotel. The receptionists speak English very well, are friendly and provide very useful information about the city.

Main disadvantages: Elevator too narrow for more than one person; reception at the third floor-- tough; they charged extra (4% City Tax?) that did not match with 4% of either the room (euro 36) or room+VAT (euro 43); written in Hungarian-- no way to interpret---- bad, sneaky practice.

Main advantages: Close to Nyugati Station for which I had chosen this place.

Main disadvantages: The area can get a little shabby at night when all the bums gather around the subway/train station, possibly avoid the area if travelling by oneself...

Main advantages: Very well connected to all kind of means of transportation and close to many attractions. Excellent conditions for the room and breakfast. Very helpful staff who provided us with information and all kind of brochures.

Main disadvantages: The streets in the vicinity of the hotel were a bit dirty. The hotel building was unattractive from the outside. The hotel was on the 3rd and 4th floors. (There was a lift).

Main advantages: The proximity to the railway station and other forms of transport. The room facilities - kettle, fridge/minibar, free wi-fi, hairdryer. The room was large, as was the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Main advantages: Excellent hotel. Great staff - cordial & well prepared to give all the necessary information. I couldn't expect more: really safisfied! The hotel is close to the Nyugati Railway station, very useful if you need to travel in and out of Budapest.
