Situated just behind the Grand Boulevard and within walking distance to the main sights, you will find the Boulevard City Guesthouse in a quiet area in the middle of Budapest. The Boulevard City Guesthouse is situated on the top floor of an apartment building, close to the Petöfi Bridge on the Pest side of the city. The main shops, restaurants and attractions of Budapest are reachable on foot. All rooms are individually decorated in country style. Every morning a breakfast buffet is served between 08:00 and 10:00 in a charming conservatory. In summer the roof terrace is open for enjoying breakfast outside. During the whole day the breakfast room is opened to the guests for having a nice cup of coffee or a tea.

Main disadvantages: The beds were very hard and uncomfortable for sleeping, there was no a/C.. But the fans helped tremendously ...

Main advantages: The staff was phenominal - did all they could to ensure our stay was good. No a/c in room and hot - but they did find us 2 fans - one for each of the large rooms - which helped. WiFi only worked in public rooms, but again the staff was wonderful and provided me with a key to access after hours. Thanks to them the stay was great..

Main disadvantages: There was no hairdrier.There was no fan (and it was very hot - 43 degrees on our second day). The front door was quite diffilcult to open. We had booked a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom apartment with washing-machine & breakfast if we wanted - but were first offered only 2-bedrooms, then given another flat as well (so could not wake 2 of our group!) & there was no washing-machine & no breakfast.

Main advantages: This was the best of the 7 hotels we stayed at. The flats were beautiful, well designed, and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great place to stay and we all loved it.

Nanyoung , - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Because the reception desk is on the 8th floor in a building that was locked all the time, it was very hard to find the place. Travelers usually expect an open door with reception desk. The sign could be bigger, or needs precise instruction for the travelers who get there.

Main advantages: The rate was reasonable, and the location was convenient to the conference place.

Main disadvantages: The apartment was not air conditioned and Budapest gets quite warm in June.

Main advantages: Pleasant and friendly staff. Good location and price. Very good accommodation and spacious apartment for the price. All rooms had nice big windows. The balcony with a view was a very nice surprise.

Main disadvantages: There's no swimming pool, wellness or spa facilities, althou they supposed to provide this according to your website description.

Main advantages: Very spacious rooms, good place, nearby the city center.

Guest Praha, Czech Republic - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: The parking place in the basement is not very comfortable, standings are one after another, when both are occupied and you are in the second one, you cannot go out and need to ask the receptionist to manage move of the first car. On the other side, parking on the street could be much more expensice, since there are park meters everywhere.

Main advantages: We had quite large apartment, for two people more then expected. Bathroom was not very luxury, however, sufficient. Ordinary kitchen, we have not used it for cooking, but the frige was really appreciated.

Guest Wooster OH, USA - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Although the entrance of the guesthouse was on a small quiet street, my room faced out onto a busy and very noisy street. Wireless is free, but does not reach all rooms.

Main advantages: Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Since I was the only guest, there was usually not anyone on duty. However, someone came in each morning to lay out a full buffet breakfast as if the place were full and they even gave me a key to access the breakfast area so I could use the wireless whenever I wanted. Location was excellent for me. Room was large, relatively new decor, bright, and clean.
