The Opera Apartments are situated right in the heart of Budapest, along Andrassy Boulevard, between the Opera and Oktogon Square. All feature a well-equipped kitchen.
Apartments Opera have individually adjustable heating, a satellite TV and a washing machine. They feature high ceilings and parquet floors. Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the room rate.

| Main advantages: A Great place real close to the Metro and just across from the
historic Opera house. A good rate and was nice to have your own
kitchen to make meals in. |

| Main disadvantages: Some little things that didn't bother us that much: little problems
regulating the heat of the water, you need some practice, the only trash
can was in the kitchen and no in the bathroom nor in wc, quite cold at
first but heater was good so this problem was sold. |
| Main advantages: Location is the best one can get, just near the Opera, 5 min.walk from
basilica of St.Stephan, 2 minutes from metro. Apartment was much bigger
that we expected, quite cold at first (it was October) but easy to
adjust the heat. There were 2 of us but apartment is great for 4 people
or even more. And the atmosphere of the whole house is great, very
Imperial Budapest. Edgar, the host, was great, very friendly and
helpful, speaks great English. We would definitely stay there again! |

| Main advantages: Living in the heart of the city, among natives..in one of these huge, old houses..just marvelous. On the top of that, the organisation of the service was extremely nice and client-friendly. |

| Main advantages: Very central location, close to the Szecheny Spa and the city centre, very good price, eqipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and even washing machine. The manager could not come in time to give us the keys so he send someone. |

restaurants. And is also far only few steps from Metro stop. All comfort

| Main disadvantages: The room doesn't have negative points, just the bathroom that had a bad smell |
| Main advantages: Our room was confortable, big and very quiet. Mr Edgar, the one responsable for the apartments, was very nice to us, specially because we arrived 2h late. The room had everything we needed and it was in the city center with all the restaurants and public transports very close. I really recommend it! |

| Main disadvantages: Considering the weather conditions, the apartment could have been pre-heated; it took us about two days to bring the place to an acceptable warmth. |
| Main advantages: This is my second stay and this time we were offered Hojas Utca 13-15. The flat was even better, cosy and cute at an excellent location, right accross the Opera Building; the facilities were ample and Edgar was helpful as ever. The Apartments Opera will again be my first choice, on my next visits to Budapest. |

| Main disadvantages: It is not that important really but I'd feel much better if there weren't so many empty beds all around the place, since I'd booked an appartment for "up to two people". |
| Main advantages: Location was exactly what I was looking for; also, the place being an "appartment" but not a hotel room was what I wanted; so I felt very comfortable and independent. Also, Edgar (main contact person) was very friendly and helpful too. In fact, I am planning to stay there, each time I visit Budapest. |

| Main disadvantages: The apartment wasn't super clean and most of the facilities were cheap and breaking (for example, the coffee pot barely worked and the kitchen sink was leaking) It was still a good value for our money. |
| Main advantages: Great location, great value for money. The apartment had basic facilities and the heating worked well (it was very cold). The apartment was quite big and very comfortable for 4 people. |

| Main disadvantages: The kitchen wasn't the cleanest one (old used coffee powder in the coffee machine etc.), the bed linen was torn and old, shower was a bit broken, you couldn't close the wc door properly from inside, also the poor condition of the front door lock was worrying us (probably it wouldn't have kept the burglars outside). Generally the flat was nice but a bit outdated. |
| Main advantages: The location of the appartment (Hajos Utca 13/15) was great, couldn't be better. The city centre is in walk distance. Edgar (the contact person) was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area and the old house itself were really beautiful. |
