| Main disadvantages: Hotel reception is closed in the evening and night so if you arrive
after that time at port, hotel will not provide pick up service. Also
they take you to the new port twice a day (10:30am, 14:30pm). |
| Main advantages: It is close to Fira centre and bus station. I stayed 3 days in single
room with very resonable price:) |

| Main disadvantages: We booked a double room with balcony. However our room was on the first
floor. I did not understand much about the definition of a balcony here,
especially in my case when our room was not on a corridor.The hotel put
2 chairs and a table under the window. It might be a balcony. I am not
sure. In addition, the cleaning staff was not much friendly. We forgot
ice-cream in the refrigerator. When we asked her to take it out, she
only knew to reply: no, no and no |

port to the hotel. The receptionists are very nice |

| Main disadvantages: The lady cleaning the rooms was the only member of staff available for information, and she's not a people person! Excursions advertised only run on certain days but they can't tell you which days! Pool was filthy. |

| Main disadvantages: There is usually nobody at the reception . The breadfast is just so so.The Fira town is too nosiy and air-polluted by the motors and cars. |

| Main disadvantages: unispired breakfast, sulfur smell in the room (maybe normal for the island it was worst at the airport). the staff did not seem to know anything and could not do anything without calling the boss. i had booked 2 night via booking.com i decided to stay an extra 2 nights and i was charged more unless i wanted to pay cash. try to understand this??? |
| Main advantages: They provided transportation form the port (without me asking for it) and to the airport at no cost. good location in Fira. the price is right. the boss as everyone calls her is friendly. |

| Main disadvantages: Lack of availability of reception staff. Small breakfast (adding cheese on our last day was appreciated as 1 guest vegetarian so ham was not used). Poor communication - told transfer would be 4pm however this was changed to 4.30pm and we were not told until we asked (even though we'd been visibly sat waiting); also, recieved no reply to emails sent asking to arrange airport pickup (emails sent to booking.com and directly to the hotel). |

| Main disadvantages: Strong internet signal but it is extremely hard to connect to the network. Once connected, you can lose the connection anytime. Also, I went to the front desk to talked to someone at least 8 times, I couldn't find anyone. I only met the cleaning staff when I checked in and the owner when I checked out. |
| Main advantages: Nice room with great location. The decoration of the hotel is lovely. There is also a fridge in the room. Aircondition and shower works well. |

| Main disadvantages: Access to the rooms was open after hours so security not the best; Glad I was travelling alone because I booked a double but got a twin |
| Main advantages: Did not actually stay at Blue Sky Villa but was moved to Hotel Lignos just up the road. I did not mind as the room was clean and I had a balcony overlooking the main street. Breakfast was good; Free wifi; Transfers to/from port easily arranged. |

| Main disadvantages: The room is nice but there is no cups and kettle. The bath is too simple. Its better be covered. Otherwise the water always goes out of the basin. |

| Main disadvantages: The hotel is very closed to the national road, that's why you might experience some problems with noise at night, especially if you have window to the road and wish to breathe fresh air at night. Though, for me it was ok. The beach is in 200-300 meters from the hotel, but it's not clean. |
| Main advantages: The staff is very friendly and ready to help. There is a detailed guide of the hotel and city in each room. Room is very clean and my was just huge, though I've booked a single room. Instead of balcony I had a door to the roof with lots of sunbeds there and this was only mine! The territory has lots of flowers and narrow streets. Safe box and A/C are extra charged. The hotel is situated in Panormos village which is very quite and charming, has its own small port and therefore lots of taverns with fresh fish and seafood. |

| Main disadvantages: Better orange juice at breakfast! An elevator would be useful as well, especially for disabled people. |
| Main advantages: I liked the bright coloured corridors and rooms, the free shuttle bus service from and to the port, the beautiful view from the balcony(especially at night) and the relaxing swimming pool. |
