Set on a hill enjoying panoramic views of Fira, Amerisa Suites offer 4 star accommodation services in the east side of Fira, within walking distance from Fira's town centre. Amerisa Suites provide elegantly furnished suites and rooms, all with balcony, with free wireless internet, satellite TV and air condition. Suites additionally feature king size beds, plasma TV screens and Jacuzzi shower. Guests are treated to a rooftop swimming pool, sun terrace, Jacuzzi and massage. Main disadvantages: The hotel is about a 10 min walk to Fira's centre, but parts of the path were not well lit and thus may be difficult to navigate initially

Main advantages: Personal service: they offer free airport transfer, and the owner even personally drove me to a nearby town when he found out that I did not have alternative transportation

Main advantages: The staff are very nice. The location is ok, even though we must sayit's quite noisy as near busy street and they have very thin wall, butit's fine for us.

Main advantages: Amerisa Suites was amazing. Our favorite place. Petros picked us up fromthe ferry and was incredibly nice and helpful. We had some problemsbooking a future ferry ride, and he helped us get through the situation.George from the front desk was extremely accommodating, and answered anyquestion we ever had. There was free internet at the hotel as well. Wewere upgraded to a honeymoon suite with a private hottub, balcony andswimming pool at no extra charge!

Main disadvantages: The brochure said they supplied the room with a bottle of water daily but they didn't. we hired a motor bike from here and although it got us around, we could've got a better one ourselves.

Main advantages: We enjoyed our stay at Amerisa Suites, although we requested a room with a view, it actually faced a back street. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, even if we weren't in it much. Breakfast was enough and the gentleman who served the breakfast, showed us to our room and seemed to do everything else was very helpful. We hired a 4 wheel motorbike from the hotel but in retrospect, we would have done it ourselves to get a newer, better bike.

Main disadvantages: My hot water did not work in my shower but that could have just been incidental as it did work in the sink. The pool is a lot smaller than it appears in the photos but you don't come to santorini to lay by the pool. Overall it's a good hotel.

Main advantages: The staff was friendly but the location is kind of out of the way from the main sights of Fira. The owner is extremely accommodating and friendly and will do anything to ensure your comfort which makes up for what it lacks in location.

Main disadvantages: The hotel is surrounded by a main road and it can be noisy with traffic. A more secluded location would have been better.

Main advantages: We stayed at Amerisa Suites for one night on our honeymoon in July and absolutely loved it.Every detail was thought to make our stay the best, from the beautiful room to the lovely balconie with outdoor heated jacuzzi and the friendly and extremely nice hosting. All the services and information provided were of the highest standards.Amerisa Suites is the kind of place suited to the traveller who knows that to visit such a magical place requires a special kind of atmosphere.We thank all at Amerisa for making this holiday most memorable . It really exceeded all expectations. We could not have hoped or asked for more.

Main disadvantages: There is not a view of the volcano, however, for the price it was definitely worth the short walk to get the view.

Main advantages: The staff at the Hotel were very accommodating and friendly. In fact, I had an extra traveler and they were able to change the room to fit my needs. George was great and helped with booking activities, transportation, renting a car and recommending the best places to eat. The rooms and hotel itself was extremely clean and comfortable. We stood at the Hotel basically to sleep, so the view was not that important to us as we could go out to see the sunset and view. Definitely worth the value!

Main advantages: The hotel was really lovely - very new and beautiful. It's not on the caldera side of Santorini, but a short walk to the centre of Fira and has a lovely view over the less tourist side of Santorini. We were picked up at the airport at 10.30p.m. free of charge. We really enjoyed our stay.
