Main disadvantages: The single beds are too small for two people. We had a room with two
beds. My and husband and I slept in ine bed and my son slept in the
other the first night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep two people in
the bed. We had to switch and get a room with a king and an extra bed.
They need to place better towels. They don't feel very nice.
Main advantages: The service and staff. The restaurant and lounge were amazing as far as
view of the harbour, the food and service. The pool is great. The rooms
are spacious.

Main disadvantages: The in-room experience is just perfect. Spa maybe not at the same level,
but very good considering that it's almost central London. Position: the
hotel is served by overground transport with the station at 5 minutes
walk. 2 hop connection with district line and 4 with central. Central
London is not right in the corner, but in 15/30 minutes you can reach
almost everything. Up to you whether it's an highlight or lowlight.
Main advantages: Nothing could have been more perfect: spacious room (we had Suite King
Chelsea). Beautiful view on the harbour. Room service breakfast served
extratime. Espresso machine, lot of towels and amenities in the room.

Main disadvantages: The location may not work for everyone - its great for Earls Court,
Chelsea FC,and West London but not ideally connected for central
London.Nearest neighbourhood restaurants are 15 mins walk.
Main advantages: Large rooms,in house spa with large pool,excellent service.Although the
hotel has little inherent character everything works well and little
touches like in room espresso machines, turn down service etc show a 'go
the extra mile' attitude that sets the hotel apart from many others

Main disadvantages: Just a couple of very minor tweaks (slight marks on the service hatches
in the room), but beyond those really nothing.
Main advantages: I've seen some bellyaching about this hotel 'not' being a 5-star place.
That would infer shabbiness. It's hardly shabby! Lovely place, location
and wonderful staff - 4-stars is indeed more representative, but it's
nothing that can't be taken care of quickly to jump up a star.

Main advantages: We had a fab stay at the Wyndham, it was our 30th wedding anniversary.
We had a lovely view over the harbour. The hotel rooms were very clean
and comfortable. We had our breakfast in our hotel room which made our
stay seem extra special. I would recommend the Wyndham to my friends
and family.

Main disadvantages: One reason for me to choose this hotel was pool-facility. However the
pool area was not as high standard as the rest of the hotel.
Main advantages: Very luxurious hotel with all suite-rooms. Notice that view of Thames
is only possible from 4th floor and above, when Marina View is
choosen. Up to 4th floor view of Chelsea Harbour is possible, which is
nice. Balcony rooms are very rare in London, which I liked a lot. It
is very convenient located if you are going to Earls Court, only one
stop with London Overground. Get off at West Brompton, closer to Earls
Court than Earls Court tube station! Excellent helpful staff!! Overall
8,5 out of 10.

Main advantages: We booked the hotel for our wedding and it was excellent. The staff and
service were fabulous and the hotel met all of our expectations. To get
this size of room and this quality of hotel in London was excellent
value and I would certainly visit again.
