Comments

A deposit equal to 100 per cent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. The deposit will be refunded within 28 days If your reservation is cancelled in line with the cancellation policy.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
One child under 1 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Prepay Policy
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Internet
Wi-fi is available in public areas and costs GBP 2 per hour.

Parking
Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 15 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Main disadvantages: I would have preferred fitted sheets on the bed and a better pillow. The bathroom smelled a little, which I think was due to the kind of cleaner being used.

Main advantages: The staff was wonderful. They answered all of our questions and made it easy to book sightseeing tours and shuttles to the train depot. Everyone was always pleasant. The ladies who worked the diningroom were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The tv was in good working order. It was quiet and clean. We stayed a total of 7 nights. I would definately recommend it and will stay there again if we get back to London.

Main advantages: The hotel was very nice close to paddington station so is easy to move around via Tube!!! The staff was very helpfull!!! For sure I will visit again!!!

Main disadvantages: I was upgraded to a larger room when I got there which was great however if it had been used for three people then it would have been very small. I didn't see what a room for one person was like and I'm assuming that too would have been small. For a one night stay though I'm sure it would be fine.

Main advantages: Very convenient to Paddington. The value for money was excellent. I had a very comfortable night and would definitely stay there again.

Main advantages: No frills good value for money.Rooms are small, but for a 1 night stay adequate. Good english breakfast. Reception helpful and friendly. Left suitcase all day in locked room,no charge.

Main disadvantages: Is a pity not to have wi fi in the room and charge for this.

Main advantages: The hotel is in a quiet street and beautiful, the reservation was made in a practical and safe. At the hotel you will find a very efficient service to receive information about the city and tourist attractions can buy tickets. Friendliness and efficiency!

Main disadvantages: Would have preferred if the booking fee had included breakfast as was the case with every other smaller sized room. However, we were offered a 20% discount on arrival if we booked breakfast for both nights.

Main advantages: The attempt at making the hotel appear stylish and modern gave it a fun athmostphere. Half expected to see Captain Kirk and Mr.Spock to teleport into our room! Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the freedom to go back for seconds as often as you liked. Very good location for exploring London. I chose this hotel because I was with my 3 teenage sons; they loved it.

Main advantages: The hotel was real funky great location beside everything, the rooms are like as if you were in space machine differant to the normal hotel. Staff were very helpfull could not do enough for you. Really enjoyed my stay there am going back in April. Would recommend this hotel.
