- When you reach Duke Street you will see 2 restaurants named Sapporo, Savina, look out for a street named Cornwallis Street situated just after the restaurants. (If you are coming from the China Town entrance of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your left. If you are coming from the Dock Road/Police Headquarters entrance of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your right).
- Turn down Cornwallis Street, this is where the office is situated.
- The office is the first block on the right, signposted BASE.
If you have any problems, please call the office and they will direct you the best they can.

You must check in at the apartment office: 2 Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BB. Use the Cornwallis Street entrance.
If you cannot check in between 13:00 and 17:00, you must contact Base Apartments to arrange another time (an additional cost will apply).
For security, you will need either a valid bank card or photo ID.
Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Stag/hen groups will not be accepted.
CancellationIf cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra bedsAll children are welcome.
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Prepay Policy20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
