Main disadvantages: Staff receptionist are not very friendy and sometimes rude or not in the mood.not always available to answer the phone when you want any special request or have any question

Main advantages: we enjoyed the room service and the one o one resturant and the view from the room was amazing.short walk to harrods and other shops was well located,will be staying again sometime.

Main advantages: Size of the room was comfortable, but the working desk area was tight. All the variety of wall switches around the desk made it extremely convenient to charge all types of phones and computer. Bathroom was also accommodating to the needs of all travelers.

Hasan Yanbu, Saudi Arabia - Rest with children

Main disadvantages: The wi fi was not free as the rest of london hotels and this service is important for the new visitor

Main advantages: It was an excellent stay for 9 nights very comfortable and away from the crowd with nice view to hydepark, the underground ,the markets , Harrods and hydepark and green park are nearby. And after I visited london it was the best choice and if I intend to come again I will reserve the same hotel and I recommend it strongly for bussines men and arab families .

Main disadvantages: Entrance, lobby, sitting room etc, do not look like the ones of a 5 star hotel.

Main advantages: The location of the hotel is excellent. The panoramic view from our room in the 15th floor was very good. The concierge has been very helpful to us and due to his persistent effort we got back our property (lap-top), which was lost in the chaotic Heathrow.

Ahmed Manama, Bahrain - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: Nothing of significance, though we have to ask them daily for the coffee mate, cream and cups. They provide only two small packets daily, which means each guest can only frink one cup a day !! a bit annoying. Furthermore, they offered to upgrade to me to Business floor against paying 75 pounds daily. The room was exactly the same as the classic. the only additional things were new furniture (meaningless), breakfast and internet access. The additional charge was exremely high for these things!

Main advantages: Very friendly and helpful staff. Room atmosphere is verycomfortable. Reception and Councier staff are very efficient and welcoming
