Main advantages: Great weekend price for the quality of the accommodation. They also did a good deal on the breakfast whilst we were there. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Main disadvantages: The hot food at breakfast wasn't so much hot as lukewarm - a pity
because it tasted otherwise very good. The half price that we paid for
it was reasonable enough, but for guests who couldn't be at breakfast
within the stipulated hours it would have been a bit pricy at over £9.
Main advantages: Very pleasant, friendly staff. Quiet location, no loud parties at night,
comfortable bedrooms. Free parking right outside front door. Half price
breakfast between certain hours.Good value for money hotel.

Main disadvantages: The noise during the night from the wind was really terrible and kept
us awake. The hotel is situated in a business park and there must be a
wind trap which caused very loud noise on the side of the hotel where
our room was.
Main advantages: The hotel room was excellent value for money, very clean, modern and
comfortable with a wet room. The location is just outside of the city
centre, very convenient for local shopping centre and nearby
bars/restaurants.

Main disadvantages: nothing everything was great
Main advantages: It was ideal for visiting family. The breakfast 50% off deal was a winner with us , as we usually donot eat in the hotel.The staf are very helpful from the time we book in til the time we leave. Nothing is too much bother to them. We have used the hotel once before and will stay again. Price of the rooms on the internet are within our budget , as pensioners we have to save to be able to visit our grandchildren, as we have to take the cost of fuel/ staying over and spending money into consideration. We stayed 2 nights this time because of the good offer on price per room. More offers for OAP's would be an insentive for us tostay again. keep up the god work.

Main disadvantages: Facilities such as movies-on-demand came at an extra price, and the
promotion of sky channels was misleading as the only sky channels that
were included were Sky News, Russia today, e4 and CBeebies. These
limitations were not made clear on the hotel's website. Food was also
excessively expensive (a simple sandwich costed £5, although far below
par to that of london's finest).
Main advantages: Modern design, excellent bathroom/shower. Overall style is clean and
modern. Staff were very professional and friendly.

the right balance of light you needed to have the room lights on and
these could not be switched on/off individually.

Main disadvantages: Would have liked a wardrobe (a pole was on the wall near the mirror) and a set of drawers (an open shelve was available) Free internet access was advertised but until I arrived I didnt know that it was only free if used in lounge area & I would be charged if used in my room. As a solo woman traveller I wasnt too comfortable using my laptop in the lounge, although I wasnt made to feel uncomfotable for being on my own, its just mt preference to use my laptop in my own room.
Main advantages: The room was very modern and airey. The food was lovely, plenty of choice at breakfast.

Main disadvantages: There wasnt anything that I didnt like, there wasnt anything to complain about. When we arrived we were meant to have a bottle of white wine in our room, but they forgot to put the wine in so we had to go to reception and ask them for it.

Main advantages: Hotel is very suited to business clients. It is well located for connections to the highway network. Rooms are adaequate in size,breakfast choise is good but I find the dinner and drinks costs rather high.I will however probably use the hotel again if only to earn reward points. Main disadvantages: Breakfast was nice but very disorganised - had to have breakfast in stages and it was not busy. Also, hotel set on a business park so not very easy for night time entertainment and drinks in the bar were quite expensive.

Main disadvantages: Not the hotel's fault but there was a wedding party booked in and we were woken up at 5.30 by 2 guests chatting loudly outside our room. At 6.00 we were woken again by some women laughing loudly and banging doors. By 7.30 we gave up any chance of a lie in and got up only to find the restaurant over-run by very noisy, very inconsiderate guests. To be fair, I did ring reception after speaking to the 2 outside our door and the noise subsided for a while.
Main advantages: Clean comfortable room. Great shower. Good choice on breakfast buffet. Excellent dinner with good service
