| Main advantages: Loved the romm although very hot. Also very noisy at night, but clean
and very spacious but could have included breakfast as paid alot of
money for 1 night. |

| Main disadvantages: Rooms onto the street can be a little noisy. The lift was loud. Other
than that, could find little to complain about. |
| Main advantages: Loved the vibe. The fact that it is still a working studio makes feel a
lot less like a hotel and more like serviced apartments. The decor was
great, the apartment was spacious and well appointed. Good design. The
old style warehouse lift was a blast from the past - but is a little
loud and can probably ne heard from every room. Staff were great,
really laid back and efficient. Two great bars in the place, music
great everywhere, and the brekkie was perfect and good value. Would
defo book again. |

| Main disadvantages: Room very warm, was not able to manage to our taste. |
| Main advantages: Location is excellent to LIverpool city centre. Staff friendly and
helpfull. All services we required were available and in working order.

| Main advantages: The hotel is in a great location, being based just on the edge of the
city centre, and right in the heart of of the night life; with trendy
bars and clubs just outside the door. The hotel itself is on quite an
eccentric lay out, and functions as a recording studio as well as a
hotel. The rooms are of a very good size with comy beds, mini bar, and
even a lazyboy giant bean bag. The hotel has two of its own bars, one of
which with a late license, and the other has regular live music. The
staff that we saw were friendly and laid back, and the place generally
has a chilled air that would suit both clubbers, and those on a city
break. I will be use the Parr street hotel again, when I next time visit
the lovely Liverpool |

| Main disadvantages: Its in aarea that is mainly for the young ones so people were coming in
at all hours making a lot of noise and also you could here people in the
street down below you as well |

| Main disadvantages: We were fine in a small double as our room had 2 external walls so it
didn't get too hot, but our friends stayed in a standard double and in
all the rooms there are no windows that will open, the standard rooms
got a lot hotter. The hotel would provide a fan upon request though.
When we arrived we had to buzz to get in, which took a while, and I
asked if there would be someone to let us in after our night out, they
said the desk was manned 24hours. After our night out we were stood a
long while waiting for someone to let us in, And they appeared from a
car not the hotel! |
| Main advantages: The hotel was really different, the standard rooms came equipped with
very reasonably priced mini bars, and funky beanbag sofas, and both the
standard and smaller doubles came with leather sleigh beds, gorgeous
bedding in bright colours really set off the look of the room |

| Main advantages: The welcome from Sharon was incredibly sincere and welcoming. The bar
staff were friendly and the atmosphere very relaxed, sophisticated, yet
professional. Room extremely comfortable with excellent decoration. Good
value for money (including parking charges)
A very quirky hotel with real character. I would not choose to stay anywhere else in Liverpool.

| Main advantages: Great location,only a few minutes walk to liverpool one shopping
centre,loads of bars and places to eat,plenty of clubs within easy reach
of hotel,staff were great showed us around told us the histoty of the
building really friendly,we had a triple room loads of space,great

| Main disadvantages: The sheet on the bed was dirty, and while it was changed it became
apparent that they did not use a mattress guard, hence the mattress had
several stains and hair on it, rather unpleasant! |
| Main advantages: The room was big and it had nice touches, like an iron and ironing
board, and a cupboard with plates, glasses and forks to use free
of charge. |
