| Main advantages: Immediately upgraded to the deluxe suite on arrival, best value for
money I've ever had on a hotel. Wonderfully friendly staff, beautiful
room with four poster bed, perfect location for London sight seeing and
fantastic breakfast brought to the room. A brilliant experience would
recommend to all. |

| Main disadvantages: It is not ideal for people who may have trouble climbing stairs without
assistance. There is a lift but in almost all cases, you have some steps
to manouvre to it.
Noise is also a problem as most rooms are on the street side. The room beneath street level has a major problem as the light from the building opposite the Lord Milner shone into this room despite the thick lined curtains. Also, the noise of people entering and leaving the building, walking passed it and talking on the street could be heard throughout the night.
The staff were very obliging in relocating me to another room the next day but ideally, guests should be offered this room at a cheaper rate with the knowledge of the problems that come with it. |
| Main advantages: The hotel had a lot going for it. Its beautifully renovated, very clean
with very helpful staff.
The location was excellent as it was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, train and bus stations.
A good 4 star hotel. |

| Main disadvantages: The bathroom in the Lord Milner suite was extremely small, there could
have perhaps been blinds behind the curtains are they still leak quite a
bit of light in the morning. |
| Main advantages: The service was excellent, the rooms were nicely decorated and the
locaton was perfect. The bed was luxurious and the air conditioning
worked perfectly. |

| Main advantages: The Lord Milner hotel is a lovely and well located b&B. Despite
closeness to amenities, was very quiet at night time. Room and bathroom
were excellent and reception staff welcoming and helpful. All in all
perfect for what we wanted. |

|
| Main disadvantages: Breakfast difficult to eat comfortably in the room which was rather small only one person could sit up. Continental breakfast lacking in interest - mostly from pre packed items apart from the toast. Coffee full of grounds as plunger not working properly. |
| Main advantages: Convenience of location near Victoria and easy access to Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. Quiet area comfortable for late night returning. Pleasant staff. Nice quality of fittings in the room. |
