Main advantages: Very friendly staff and an excellent location for lively university area.lLots of museums ,restaurants and cafes in close proximity.I was single lady and area felt safe even late at night.

Main disadvantages: Everything was good, nothing I didn't like. I would suggest you add marmalade to your breakfast spreads.

Main advantages: I was made welcome by all staff who were friendly and helpful. I had a longish stay on my own and felt very comfortable which was particularly nice in an unknown city. The hotel was also convenient to shops, restaurants and public transport and not too far from city centre, Even the weather was better than I expected! Thanks so much for making my stay so pleasant and relaxing.

Main advantages: Without exception, the people on the front desk were kind, attentive and helpful. The breakfast offered a selection of a cooked breakfast and /or a Continental one. We enjoyed the tea/coffee facilities and the supply of shortbread. Our room was a quiet one and not too small. The hotel's location as nice and central for the University, Botanic Gardens and our formal event at Oran Mor, was within walkings distance. Transport links such as bus and Underground links were nearby. I recommend both the hotel and a leisurely walk along the River Kelvin.

Main advantages: Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with a bay window overlooking the street. Wonderful location: very close to University of Glasgow, museums.and also just a short walk away from the Kelvinbridge and Hillhead subway stations. There are nice restaurants in the vicinity. Great value for the money.

Main disadvantages: There was no lift in the building. When we stay again I will have to request a ground floor room or a room not above the first floor.

Main advantages: The staff were very helpful and answered any questions that we had. The room that we stayed in was clean sheets were changed on a daily basis and the room was also cleaned. Breakfast was very good and overall our stay was enjoyable.
