Main disadvantages: I got mousaka & garlic bread delivered to my room costing £22 including £2 tip. The food was simply rubbish and not deserving of a hotel of this standard and price. The internet was free which was good, but not fast enough to even play anything on you tube, therefore relatively useless and I could hardly use it. Finally, but trivial, the phone didn't actuall work in room 226. Could call reception or anything other other service. Had to use bathroom phone.

Main advantages: Very nice room, comfortable bed and I did enjoy my stay. Location was excellent. Unfortunately didn't get to use gym facilitilies but they looked excellent.

Main disadvantages: Toilets in gym wasnt clean

Main advantages: I stayed for three night and on 2 day I was locked out after breakfast and due to fault on door lock and got late for my meeting which porter long time to sort it out and I had to stop another night for my meeting next morroing which I we wasnt happy about it.

Main advantages: Great hotel. Beautiful, clean with all the modern stuff. Right near the train station and a short walk to all the major attractions! We got the room on sale so was even better.

Main disadvantages: The prices at the hotel bar a bit steep.

Main advantages: The comfort of the room, and the view from the windows were excellent. The ability of the temperature control was great also. The price was good in comparison to many other 5* hotels.

Main disadvantages: Its expensive ! I know you pay top prices in London but £300 for a one night stay for a family of four - its too much and I would class myself as been relatively well off. Also breakfast would have been £80 , so we eat across the road for £20. If it was £150 a night for a family of four , we would come to London 5 may be 6 times a year

Main advantages: Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet

Main advantages: Excellent staff, was able to have babysitting service and go out (order a cab) in the evening to a show. Not a very busy area like Covent Garden or Piccadilly Circus (would not spend the day out at those places with small children). Convenient with the Underground (Holborn) metro line (Piccadilly).

Main disadvantages: Our Two-Bed room was a little cramped; Price/quality ratio, despite high quality, is a still a bit on the high side.

Main advantages: Excellent location in central London, a 5 minute walk from the British Museum and other places of interest nearby. Excellent and courtious staff at the business centre, the restaurant and the reception. The roomy pool for a relaxing swim after a day in the city.
