Main advantages: The Hotel met all of our expectations. From the moment you drive into the grounds you cant help but notice the exceptional standards and facilities. The reception area and the lounge bar were both very modern and clean and the warm cookie on arrival was an extra treat. The rooms were an ideal size and included everything you could need.

Main disadvantages: When we checked into our first room we had an issue with flys. We were quickly moved to another room without any problems.

Main advantages: Fantastic hotel,gorgeous luxury rooms and the breakfast is superb,something for everyone! The facility to use hoole hall spa is amazing it really did make our night and it was just what we wanted to do.Relax and destress.would recommend hotel and will definitely be returning.

Main advantages: Spa and Pool facilities were excellent, a lovely place to relax and unwind. Staff were welcoming, the cookie on arrival was a nice touch. Room was a good size, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable! Didn't eat at the hotel, just had drinks at the bar where the bar staff were very polite and attentive.

Main disadvantages: Surprised that there was no bottled water available. Biscuits and toiletries minimal - only enough for one person in a double-occupancy room. Cooked buffet breakfast very disappointing; eggs both scrambled and fried virtually inedible and bacon overdone and hard. Staff did try to rectify this.

Main advantages: Location, clean room and public areas. Staff were helpful.

Main advantages: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the rooms and hotel were very clean a ery relaxing hotel. We ate at the marco pierre white steakhouse on our first night which was lovely and a real treat. Will definately be returning to this hotel!

Main disadvantages: At breakfast no decaff coffee was on offer. At dinner there were no chocolates with coffee.

Main advantages: It looked Grand and the facilities were excellent. The room was bright clean and modern and the food and service was good. All staff were pleasant and helpful.
