Main disadvantages: We did not find anything that we disliked.

Main advantages: We were unable to reserve a room at the Crowne Plaza in the City centre due to unavailability. However, we found the John Lennon hotel accesible for the city following advice recieved from the hotel staff. The decor was of a goiod quality, the staff very obliging and professional and the food was of a good quality. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

Main advantages: the hotel was lovely, my room was lovely, very clean and spacious. the decor was lovely i only wish i could of stayed longer, i would reccomend this hotel to family and friends. The staff were vert friendly and helpful.

Main disadvantages: Parking fee of £3 for hotel guests! Unheard of in other hotels. £5 for an hour's wi-fi, when other hotels have free wi-fi.

Main advantages: Fabulous architecture and design. Amazing how they've kept the original features of a 1920s airport terminal but also created a comfortable hotel. And the whole "flight" theme is really well done throughout.

Main disadvantages: Some of the hotel staff were lacking in attention to the customer, particularly the bar area. I was told that the ladies toilets near to the bar smelled. The breakfast was adequate but the hot food counter had open dishes and the food was a little dried up and obviously been out on display for a while. When I checked in around 3.15pm there were empty wine and beer bottles along the corridor including an empty beer bottle outside my room. The hotel as a whole was nice but lacked attention to detail considering the above average room tariffs.

Main advantages: The hotel was relatively quiet. It was conveniently located for both the airport and also access to the city centre and had a retail park on the doorstep.
