Main disadvantages: Very nice room (No. 232) but it was far too hot. The airconditioning
cooled it when we were in the room, but quiet enough to sleep with it
on. Also it seemed quite wasteful to have to use the aircon in
December!! The pillows were too hard...
Main advantages: The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The food in the restaurant
very good and the whole stay was a great value for money.

Main disadvantages: Car parking was expensive and we used the municipal car park next door
at a cost of just £2 for overnight!
Main advantages: The location was good, close to the shopping area but far away enough to
be quiet. Hotel was clean, modern although the tv could have been a
little more up to date and the food was good at a reasonable price and
the staff were lovely.

Main disadvantages: The room for an executive suite was disappointingly small and as usual
the room was too hot,it felt as if the bed had the plastic sheeting
within which absolutely ensure an uncomfortable sweaty night(which we
had)....also the air conditioning wasnt working in the room which
didnt help
Main advantages: Very clean haotel,extremely helpful and friendly staff...great spa and
pool facilities and the executive suite with free drinks,canapies and
paper/tv was excellent

Main disadvantages: The only thing I would say is that we would have expected flat screen
TVs in the rooms, also the bed wasn't that comfy, with the room being
quite warm I didn't sleep brilliantly....
Main advantages: Fantastic location, really close to shopping and nightlife. Fantastic
car parking. Check in and out couldn't have been easier... Really
enjoyed our stay.

Main disadvantages: In all honesty, I think when you are paying £130 for a room that parking
should be free. Unfortunately this is not the case which I think is
unfortunate.
