Located on the cliff tops at Southbourne, next to the cliff lifts and Fisherman's Walk, this hotel has spectacular views. It is close to the New Forest and Bournemouth town centre.

Panoramic sea views across Poole Bay take in Swanage to the West, and Hengistbury Head and the Isle of Wight to the East. Great-value food and drinks, including Real Ales, are served daily in the lounge bar.

Main advantages: The staff were very pleasant and the food was very well cooked and presented. Car-parking could be a problem after a long journey; car park is small and is used by locals as a pub.
