Main advantages: We were upgraded to the duplex suite and the accommodation was great. We had 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a big living/eating/kitchen area. Furniture and furnishings were good, but some minor problems with the blinds. Carpets and wooden floor hadn't been swept (hair grips and crumbs and clothes tags on the floor), there was no toilet paper supplied, and the patio door didn't lock. But overall we loved the place and would certainly re-book if the occasion arose.

Main advantages: we had a fanitastic stay at these apartments, great location central to get around. we were here for a girly weekend and would return again. the rooms were clean and everything you would want for the price. it is a bit noisy but as we were there for a girly weekend it did not bother us. it saved us batteries on our ipods. i had no problem when collecting the keys as it is around 7mins walk from lime street station. we did though get a taxi to collect them but still didnt find this a problem. i enjoyed my stay along with the majority of the 21 people that was in my party. the staff were all very helpful and very nice. i would return again.

Main disadvantages: The street the apartment was on was a bit shabby, with no decent views from the apartment, but if all you need is a place to crash that's fine, The only other niggles I have are that but both lamps in the apartment were faulty and the outside windows could have really done with a good clean. (Pigeons!)
Main advantages: The staff I dealt with were pleasant, professional and flexible. The location was good and central. The inside of the apartment itself was clean and good value for money.
