The hotel bar is open from 17.00 - 24.00 each day.
Breakfast is served from 07.30 - 09.00.
The hotel restaurant is open from 12.00 - 14.00 for lunch, and 17.00 - 21.00 for dinner.
The hotel reception is open 24 hours to accommodate for late arrivals and any queries you may have.
There is a games room, including a pool table and darts board, that is available for children until 20.00
Area information
The lake district is only a 20 minute drive from Barrow-in-Furness.
There are also many attractions in and around the Barrow area, including:
- Furness Abbey: explore the ruins of red sandstone of this 700 year old site, located in a peaceful valley.
- Piel Island: home to Piel Castle, built by the monks of Furness Abbey to protect their harbour from the Scots.
- Dock Museum: an award-winning modern museum built over an original Victorian Graving Dock, where you can explore the fascinating history of Barrow-in-Furness.
- Carven Park: Barrow Rugby League Football Club (20 yards).
- Dalton Wild Animal Park

Due to the busy town location of the hotel, it is advised that children under 16 years should not be downstairs after 21.30.
Please note: The hotel is not wheelchair accessible; there is no lift, and there are no rooms on the ground floor.
