Main advantages: The staff was very helpful. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and even
though its mostly a travel hotel they loved having a little kid around
and the room was very spacious and even with the crib our little one had
still lots of room to run around.

Main advantages: The concierge service. John Pierre was outstanding! He booked everything we were interested in on short notice. He even was able to get a reservation for us at Jules Verne Restaurant on the Eiffle Tower! Wow! John Pierre was very attentive to us and when he wasn't working, the rest of the concierge staff continued the service.

Main disadvantages: The fact that the actual toilet seat was in a separate room and the rest of the bathroom (tub, wash basin and bidet) was in another room - that was not practical.
Main advantages: The rooms were cosy and the bed was comfortable. The size of the room was very decent. The location was very excellent given that it's right on the Champs Elysees. The coincerge were extremely helpful and friendly (especially Fernando) and the staff generally were very professional. Having free wi-fi in the lobby area was also a plus.

Main advantages: Well located, about one block walk from the Champs-Elysees shopping district. A couple of nice bars & restaurants around the hotel as well. Great service, very friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful big luxurious rooms.
