Main disadvantages: When we first stepped in the room it was completely filled with cigarette smoke that made us choke. There was no hot water to start with and the bin was full. The bed was soft and a single very soft pillow not the best to sleep in. The hotel is over priced and not a 380.00 euro hotel; which I am glad we paid allot less then half price.

Main advantages: The continental breakfast was lovely, the decoration was vibrant and colourful and staff pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very quiet considering you’re in a city and a market just around the corner. Your not too far from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower is less then 20 minutes walk away.

Main disadvantages: Very recommendable to stay due to the nice location and inventory. Very early booking can help to safe a lot of money (standard room rate 380.- €) !!

Main advantages: Very good location, just 1 hour by public transport from cdg airport, metro station a few minutes away from hotel. Location silent, very nice area around with daily market and a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Main disadvantages: Air con was not working very well, but all rooms were supplied with floor fans.

Main advantages: The hotel was very central, with large rooms. Our rooms were very quiet and we were not disturbed by other guests. There were plenty of patisseries in the area to have breakfast at.

Main advantages: The hotel is a quaint little place in a quiet cul-de-sac right next to a charming street market and a 5-minute walk to a metro station. It's also within a 10-minute walk of Arc de Triumph. The Internet is only available in the lobby and is rather slow. For a Paris hotel, it's pretty good value for money.

Albert Cape Town, South Africa - Business trip

Main advantages: As foreigners to the city we found one of the staffmembers, Oliver, extremely helpful, knowledgable and able to give good advice regarding the places of interest. The location makes this hotel very special, with markets, shopping and access to public transport and good restaurants. There is an excellent bakery, pub and supermarket just around the corner.

Main disadvantages: It would be nice if there were utensils for making tea.

Main advantages: The best thing is location - 3-5 min to the metro station (Ternes) and 7-10 min to Arc de Triomphe. It is easy to get everywhere in Paris on foot or by metro. The neighborhood is very pleasant and feels secure. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly big, the towels were soft and there were all the necessary means in bathroom (including body milk). We did not take the breakfast in the hotel and I cannot say anything about it.

Main advantages: very well located, in the midle of a litle local marcate, 5 min walking distance from the arc de triumph, 2 min walking distance from the metro, lots of local restaurants and shops near

Main advantages: Superbly located, comfortable and clean. Rooms not spacious but tyical for Paris. Less than 5 minutes walk to MEtro station and only 10 minutes to Arc de Triomphe. Not a luxury place but great value for money. Many shops and street markets nearby create great atmosphere.
