Main disadvantages: Rather old-fasioned decor in my apartment, but at the price I paid by booking well in advance for a peak period, it was good value.
Main advantages: Location and price. It is right at the end the main shopping street and convenient for the Croisette. I had a terrace looking onto an internal garden, so it was very quiet.

Main disadvantages: Not 100% sound proof - you can hear chairs moving around above you - so as long as there are no noisy residents (which is unlikely) it's ok.
Main advantages: Very quiet and private residence, Just like renting our own appartment we were left alone (which we liked). All facilities available (inc. dishwasher, washing machine ) to make our stay very easy and independant - Also location was great - 10mins from Rail / bus station, 5 mins from beach and large supermarket and shops / pharmacy and resturants / bank / car rental all next door to appartment building. Perfect location - Also very secure - appartment door and building door fitted with high security locks.

Main disadvantages: No wifi even though it was advertised as an apartment with free wifi. No information given when booking in about basics such as where to dispose of trash etc.
Main advantages: The apartment offered an independant holiday with cooking facilities, a great location and a very comfortable stay.

Main disadvantages: The lift is anything but modern. However it worked. The view from our small balcony was the rear of nearby buildings.
Main advantages: The location is excellent. The rooms were well equiped and clean. Secure parking is available and essential if you have a car. However it does cost.

Main disadvantages: Cleaning should be included in the price, and they should inform more about routines on arrival.
Main advantages: Ordered 2 room hotelroom - and got a nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bath, toilet, livingroom with availability for 2 more beds (coach). We are a familiy of four with two teenageres - perfect! Big terasse.Excellent location. 10 min walk from the trainstation, and right beside Rue de Antibes (one of the two shoppingstreets). Less than 5 min walk to the beach. We stayed for 5 days - and would like to book the same hotel again. Very good aircondition, sunscreens and standard. No cleaning during the stay - but they change towels and so on on request. Good value for the price we think.

Main advantages: Very central to all tourist attractions. Easy walks from the hotel and in a nice area - restaurants and shopping very close by. The room was very spacious and relaxing. Kitchen was a bit dated and could be updated, but had everything required for a short stay. Available car parking made this a great option for those people traveling by car and still wanted to be close to attractions. Nice balcony to sit out on and enjoy.

Main advantages: This is not the traditional hotel - you stay in appartments within a main appartment block close to city center- yet the appartments are spacious and well equipped - in fact we enjoyed it , loved the suite we were given.

Main disadvantages: Someone showed us to our room but beyond that there was zero service. Fortuntely, our needs were minimal.
Main advantages: Very nice and sunny apartment walking distance from beach and shopping. Lots of space in a four-star location at very low cost. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Main advantages: Very good location, 5 mins from supermarket, 10 from small covered market, 20min to large covered market, Railway station less than 20 mins walk. Beaches (public and private) are about 200 yds and not 100 as stated in the details, but still close. Quiet location. Appartment very clean and well equiped except for kettle to make tea!. We booked for 2 person studio but were given a 4 person appartment so plenty of room, much better than living in a hotel room. The only small problem was we were on the 5th floor and the wi-fi connection was very weak. But thank you to the staff.

Main disadvantages: The flat was marketed as 2 rooms for 4 people. It is a 1 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom and 4 people will be very crowded in the flat. At the price it is a 1 bedroom flat for 2 people not 4.
